Remembering 9/11
I have made it a point with this blog to not bring up my opinion about 9/11 or to bring up the fatastic contradictions with this occurrence and I am braking my silents on this subject now. I believe that 9/11 was an inside job, I believe that President Bush knew about it but was not involved in the decision but Dick Channey was. I believe that this is a false flag in order to impliment the actions of the NWO, taking control of this country by stripping away the Freedoms of this country while setting up the most perfect PR campaign the world has ever seen, "The War on Terror"!
I am not going to go in to what has happened in this country other than to point out 3 things, The Patriot Act I & II, Wars in the Middle East and the amount of money that is being spent and how much control of oil that has come from this and the Department of Homeland Security.
Please just take a few minutes today and reflex on the changes this country has taken since then. Remember how we did not have tons of security on the streets like cameras spying on us. Remember not having to be felt up by TSA people at the airport or not having to take off our shoes to get on a plane. Remember when you got pulled over and the cop did not keep his hand on his gun as he approached you. Remember when you did not have to look up a City's free speech zone to protest your government. Heath Care Bill, Ask Questions!
I bring this up specifically with regards to these town hall meetings that both the Democrats and Republican are doing nation wide. What does the media report and show you? They are reporting on the controversy that these meetings are bringing up but not the controversy of why people are mad, they just report that people are angry. When the left is doing a meeting they are showing you angry Americans that are yelling about how the country is falling apart, how it is becoming a socialistic country, how some are carrying Nazi signs and how it is the right that is trying to co-op the left. But are they even asking what it is that people are upset about? No, they show how bad it is that people are angry and that these people are not really protesters, that they are there to upset others, to distract people away from what the administration is doing.
Why is it that the media has not grabbed a copy of the National Health Care bill or the Cap and Trade bill the that House past in June and giving the people the specific information? What does the bills say? How are we really going to pay for health care, what is the system going to be like for all Americans, why are there people out there that are upset about this system. Does anyone even bother to point out that a National anything goes against the principals of our Constitution, that the Federal government is not suppose to run peoples lives, in fact, that was the whole point to the Declaration of Independence? Take Cap and Trade, did the media say anything above the point that taxes will go up and energy prices will go up? NO! Did anyone actually sit down with this bill and see what these "green jobs" are or how much will energy actually go up or how much taxes will rise? Did anyone even bother to ask why it is that this bill was pushed through to vote with out the entire bill actually being given to all members of the House to read first. Ya, Fox did report on this and said that they bill was pushed through but where is the follow up or investigating to pull the strings to see what is really going on. I specifically remember that Obama promised the American people that there would be a PDF copy of all bills made available to the us and a minimum of 5 days grace period before any thing was to be voted on and yet this is never even brought up by the media and then dug into to get an answer.
Congress and the President work for us, plain and simple. I know that they are put up on a pedestal for us to admire but do remember that our fore fathers and presidents of the past use to walk the streets like everyone else and were humble people that put their necks out on the line for this country so we could have the freedoms that we still have left. We still have a voice and if our voices are not being heard that we have the right to take these people out of office with our votes and with our voices. They work for us, our taxes pay their salaries and they are suppose to represent our wishes.
When you watch the news or watch a political person speak, do not get caught up in the fact that they took out time from their busy day and are speaking to us now. Look for them to give us specific information about what is happening out there. Watch the media and watch for actually information and steer away from someones opinion. It does bring to mind a gentlemen that was on NBC the other night reporting how Socialism is the new "N" word out there. How easy it is to make the white man's skin crawl because no one wants to be accused of being a racist, especially these days.
Here is a great homework assignment. Try and watch all 3 National news stations at one time. Flip back and forth between then and count the stories that they all report on. Listen to what the message is of each of the stories and look for the similarities. Hell, when someone is reporting from Washington, look in the back ground and tell me that they are not all reporting from almost the same exact location. Do this for a week and you will see what I mean. It is all the same!
Lean to ask questions of what is happening. Use the internet but be smart about it, there are real wackos with very explosive things to say out there. Get your questions answered and do just trust someone because they seem important to you! Sphere: Related Content

Your New Health Care Program
My main disagreement with this whole program is very simple, ever meet a Veteran that is happy with his or her health care? In fact, have you ever talk to anyone that is happy with any sort of program that the Federal government runs? Well I have several friends that have served our country that have some great stories about their "health care", if you choose to use the term "care".
Below is a list of some bullet points of the bill:
• Page 16: States that if you have insurance at the time of the bill
becoming law and change, you will be required to take a similar plan.
If that is not available, you will be required to take the gov option!
• Page 22: Mandates audits of all employers that self-insure!
• Page 29: Admission: your health care will be rationed!
• Page 30: A government committee will decide what treatments and benefits you get (and, unlike an insurer, there will be no appeals process)
• Page 42: The "Health Choices Commissioner" will decide health benefits for you. You will have no choice. None.
• Page 50: All non-US citizens, illegal or not, will be provided with free healthcare services.
• Page 58: Every person will be issued a National ID Healthcard.
• Page 59: The federal government will have direct, real-time access to all individual bank accounts for electronic funds transfer.
• Page 65: Taxpayers will subsidize all union retiree and community organizer health plans (example: SEIU, UAW and ACORN)
• Page 72: All private healthcare plans must conform to government rules to participate in a Healthcare Exchange.
• Page 84: All private healthcare plans must participate in the Healthcare Exchange (i.e., total government control of private plans)
• Page 91: Government mandates linguistic infrastructure for services; translation: illegal aliens
• Page 95: The Government will pay ACORN and Americorps to sign up individuals for Government-run Health Care plan.
• Page 102: Those eligible for Medicaid will be automatically enrolled: you have no choice in the matter.
• Page 124: No company can sue the government for price-fixing. No "judicial review" is permitted against the government monopoly. Put simply, private insurers will be crushed.
• Page 127: The AMA sold doctors out: the government will set wages.
• Page 145: An employer MUST auto-enroll employees into the government-run public plan. No alternatives.
• Page 126: Employers MUST pay healthcare bills for part-time employees AND their families.
• Page 149: Any employer with a payroll of $400K or more, who does not offer the public option, pays an 8% tax on payroll
• Page 150: Any employer with a payroll of $250K-400K or more, who does not offer
the public option, pays a 2 to 6% tax on payroll
• Page 167: Any individual who doesnt' have acceptable healthcare (according to the government) will be taxed 2.5% of income.
• Page 170: Any NON-RESIDENT alien is exempt from individual taxes (Americans will pay for them).
• Page 195: Officers and employees of Government Healthcare Bureaucracy will have access to ALL American financial and personal records.
• Page 203: "The tax imposed under this section shall not be treated as tax." Yes, it really says that.
• Page 239: Bill will reduce physician services for Medicaid. Seniors and the poor most affected."
• Page 241: Doctors: no matter what speciality you have, you'll all be paid the same (thanks, AMA!)
• Page 253: Government sets value of doctors' time, their professional judgment, etc.
• Page 265: Government mandates and controls productivity for private healthcare industries.
• Page 268: Government regulates rental and purchase of power-driven wheelchairs.
• Page 272: Cancer patients: welcome to the wonderful world of rationing!
• Page 280: Hospitals will be penalized for what the government deems preventable re-admissions.
• Page 298: Doctors: if you treat a patient during an initial admission that results in a readmission, you will be penalized by the government.
• Page 317: Doctors: you are now prohibited for owning and investing in healthcare companies!
• Page 318: Prohibition on hospital expansion. Hospitals cannot expand without government approval.
• Page 321: Hospital expansion hinges on "community" input: in other words, yet another payoff for ACORN.
• Page 335: Government mandates establishment of outcome-based measures: i.e.., rationing.
• Page 341: Government has authority to disqualify Medicare Advantage Plans, HMOs, etc.
• Page 354: Government will restrict enrollment of SPECIAL NEEDS individuals.
• Page 379: More bureaucracy: Telehealth Advisory Committee (healthcare by phone).
• Page 425: More bureaucracy: Advance Care Planning Consult: Senior Citizens, assisted suicide, euthanasia?
• Page 425: Government will instruct and consult regarding living wills, durable powers of attorney, etc. Mandatory. Appears to lock in
estate taxes ahead of time.
• Page 425: Goverment provides approved list of end-of-life resources, guiding you in death.
• Page 427: Government mandates program that orders end-of-life treatment; government dictates how your life ends.
• Page 429: Advance Care Planning Consult will be used to dictate treatment as patient's health deteriorates. This can include an ORDER for end-of-life plans. An ORDER from the GOVERNMENT.
• Page 430: Government will decide what level of treatments you may have at end-of-life.
• Page 469: Community-based Home Medical Services: more payoffs for ACORN.
• Page 472: Payments to Community-based organizations: more payoffs for ACORN.
• Page 489: Government will cover marriage and family therapy.
Government intervenes in your marriage.
• Page 494: Government will cover mental health services: defining, creating and rationing those services.
So if you made it through this list with out having a heart attack then lets look at the truth of this whole thing. The Government is going to completely run your health care. The Government is going to act in a robotic manner and manage your life for you and doctors are basically going to have to look over its manuals in order to determine your life for you.
If this is what you want then let it slide and just give up. If you want to do something, email this list to your friends, State officials, House and Senate members and tell them NO!!! They work for you so do not listen to them as to why they think the Government should run your health. Get Your Rebate and Give Them Your Computer
This is one of the most, biggest, outrageous odd moves by our country and honestly I can not think with why they would do this in this particular manner. If you think about it the federal government has always had stings attached to their programs. GM lost their CEO, Bank of America's CEO was forced to lie to the Senate ad infiniteum. By why take over your computer?!?!?

We Need People Like This Today!
Twelve had their homes ransacked and burned. Two lost their sons serving in the Revolutionary Army; another had two sons captured. Nine of the 56 fought and died from wounds or hardships of the Revolutionary War.
They signed and they pledged their lives, their fortunes, and their sacred honor. What kind of men were they?
Twenty-four were lawyers and jurists. Eleven were merchants, nine were farmers and large plantation owners; men of means, well educated. But they signed the Declaration of Independence knowing full well that the penalty would be death if they were captured.
Carter Braxton of Virginia, a wealthy planter and trader, saw his ships swept from the seas by the British Navy. He sold his home and properties to pay his debts, and died in rags.
Thomas McKeam was so hounded by the British that he was forced to move his family almost constantly. He served in the Congress without pay, and his family was kept in hiding. His possessions were taken from him, and poverty was his reward.
Vandals or soldiers looted the properties of Dillery, Hall, Clymer, Walton, Gwinnett, Heyward, Ruttledge, and Middleton.
At the battle of Yorktown, Thomas Nelson Jr, noted that the British General Cornwallis had taken over his home for his headquarters. He quietly urged General George Washington to open fire. The home was destroyed, and Nelson died bankrupt.
Francis Lewis had his home and properties destroyed. The Redcoats jailed his wife, and she died within a few months.
John Hart was driven from his wife’s bedside as she was dying. Their 13 children fled for their lives. His fields and his gristmill were laid to waste. For more than a year he lived in forests and caves, returning home to find his wife dead and his children vanished. A few weeks later he died from exhaustion and a broken heart.
Norris and Livingston suffered similar fates. Such were the stories and sacrifices of the American Revolution. These were not wild-eyed, rabble-rousing ruffians. They were soft-spoken men of means and education. They had security, but they valued liberty more. Standing tall, straight, and unwavering, they pledged: “For the support of this declaration, with firm reliance on the
protection of the divine providence, we mutually pledge to each other, our lives, our fortunes, and our sacred honor.” They gave you and me a free and independent America.
The history books never told you a lot about what happened in the Revolutionary War. We didn’t fight just the British. We were British subjects at that time and we fought our own government! Some of us take these liberties so much for granted, but we shouldn’t. So, take a few minutes while enjoying your 4th of July holiday and silently thank these patriots. It’s not much to ask for the price they paid.

H.R. 2454 CONTINUED
I am not an expert of how the House and Senate go through their proceedings so I really do not understand how something comes out of Committee, add 300 hundred pages at 3 am, forced on to the floor to be voted leaving no time for the Congressmen to even review the bill. Several Congressmen requested the bill from the House Speaker and were refused right on the House floor. Why and how could anyone put up with this? Then there were reports that the bill was not finalized until 2 July at which point votes could be changed but somehow that was changed.
There is more here to this bill then it's title, American Clean Energy and Security Act. Here are some of what others are saying about this bill.
"The Cap and Trade Bill HR 2454 was voted on last Friday. Proponents claim this bill will help the environment, but what it really does is put another nail in the economy’s coffin. The idea is to establish a national level of carbon dioxide emissions, and sell pollution permits to industry as the Catholic Church used to sell indulgences to sinners. HR 2454 also gives federal bureaucrats new power to regulate a wide variety of household appliances, such as light bulbs and refrigerators, and further distorts the market by providing more of your tax money to auto companies." "Despite heated objections by some Republicans, the unread 1,200-page Waxman-Markey climate bill was passed 219-212 in the House on Friday." Aaron Dykes
"“We’re disappointed we can’t support the bill,” says Nick Berning, a spokesman for Friends of the Earth. “There just was not enough in it to reduce pollution while billions were given to big oil, dirty coal.”
This misnomer bill is not only going to impose more taxes for Americans, it promises rebates for the poorer Americans and that is all that is being said. But if you look at the actual figures you will see a rebate of less then $300 yet the bill promises to increase energy cost by about $3000 per family. It blows my mind to think that anyone with any sort of understanding of math would see that increasing cost per American of $3000 a year, creating a situation where people will lose their jobs and then giving them a 10% back as a rebate is not helping anyone.
My biggest problem is the fact that the States are going to have to give up more and more power to the Fed in order to put this bill in place. Between the regulations on remodeling we will have new requirements for new houses and buildings that will increase the cost of building. That on top of what I am calling the Green Police and their warrantless inspections of our homes to make sure that we doing what the Governments requires from us we are being usurped by the Fed. THIS IS NOT FREEDOM, THIS IS RUSSIA ON STEROIDS. States and local governments are going to be told what to do by the Government which is the absolute opposite of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. We have sovereignty, the right to govern ourselves and not to have our lives micromanaged by the Federal government.
With this bill and then the National Health Care, we as the people are going to loose more and more power to be able to run this country. As an aside, I read an article about the 17th Amendment from 1913, which was the same year that the Amendment for income tax was put in place. Back in the day, our Senators were voted in to place by the States government. The voices of our States government put our Federal Senators in to power. This was switched by the 17th Amendment where the Senators were voted in by the populace of the State meaning that the populace had more control but the government of the State had less. This knocked out the balance of power in the Legislative body of the government by taking away the States voices as well. The House was set up to be the most powerful arm of the Legislative branch. The House is more of the voice of the American people because there are more reps based on population. Since the 17th Amendment, you can trace back to the now quick demise of the country. With the way it was, when we had a situation like we have now with HR 2454, the States would have a real voice in the vote of the Senate when this type of bill is turned over to them for a vote. States are the real power of this country, hence, United States of America. These are the States united, each having a voice in the Federal government in order to keep a balance there with their reps. With this gone and the Senate is more of a rogue branch now, working almost as the House does which takes away a checks and balance in this branch. H.R.2454
Well the ball has dropped and the real reason for the scare has come to light. HR 2454 Americas Clean Energy and Security Act of 2009 is the solution. Behind the fluff you will find an increase of taxes, plain and simple.
Here is the record of a speech made on the floor against H.R.2454 on 23 June 2009:

From its very beginning in the House Energy and Commerce Committee, H.R. 2454, the American Clean Energy and Security Act of 2009, has been forced upon Members of Congress with little time to consider the significant and potentially damaging consequences of this legislation.
On June 12th of this month, the Committee on Agriculture, on which I serve, held a 7-hour hearing to review this bill. We quickly learned that there is little solid economic analysis on how this legislation will affect our economy. Preliminary evidence makes it clear it will increase the cost of energy and, with it, the cost of everything we use in our lives on a daily basis.
We do know that the Congressional Budget Office has said this bill will raise government revenue by $846 billion over the next 10 years. In everyday terms, that means a huge tax increase. $846 billion, however, is just the beginning.
H.R. 2454 is permanent, and after the 10-year period analyzed by the CBO, free carbon allowances are phased out, auctioned carbon allowances are phased in, and total allowances are reduced. This means that future generations will be forced to pay much more than that indicated in the initial 10-year budget estimate.
Although billed as cap-and-trade, in reality Waxman-Markey is a cap-and-tax bill. Instead of government directly levying a tax, this legislation disguises that tax as a carbon allowance auction that subsequently requires electrical generation companies, petroleum, and other biofuel refiners, manufacturers, and others to collect the tax through increased costs.
The consequences go far beyond the price and our ability to turn on the lights in rural America. Kansans, who must always travel great distances to work, to school, and to receive their medical care, will pay disproportionately compared to those who have shorter distances to travel and can use public transportation.
Some had hope that agriculture and rural America would actually benefit, somehow be made whole under this legislation. Under Waxman-Markey, this clearly is not the case.
Despite great potential for agriculture to sequester carbon, agriculture is not mentioned once in the section that defines offsets. Instead, H.R. 2454 directs the EPA to define the world of carbon offsets. This will lead to few benefits for farmers and ranchers and will allow the EPA to further intrude upon our farms.
EPA has consistently made harmful decisions that fail the test of common sense. Unless agricultural offsets are expressly defined and sole authority is given to the Department of Agriculture, farmers will never see benefits from this legislation.
But even if those offsets are defined and USDA is given that authority, it is difficult to see how agriculture will overcome the increased cost of inputs caused by this cap-and-tax system. In the best case scenario under Waxman-Markey, a farmer could mitigate 10 to 50 percent of the cost of the legislation. In the worst case scenario, farmers and ranchers could find themselves unable to access the carbon offset market at all and be forced to bear the full cost of this legislation. Either way, any hope for profitability in agriculture is bleak.
I am especially concerned about the livestock sector. Unlike crop farmers, ranch operations and feed yards have few opportunities to accumulate carbon - offsets.
Much emphasis has been placed upon our Nation's economic recovery since the market collapse of last fall. This bill is almost certain to destroy any chance of economic recovery if enacted in its current form.
Congress should be allowed to obtain sound technical and economic analysis and address this legislation's many, many, many flaws. If further legislative debate is denied, then we must do what common sense demands and defeat this bill. Congress rarely gets things right when we have ample time to properly consider policy changes, but it has never made good decisions when rushed by arbitrary timetables.
Congress should abandon the current pace set by the Speaker of the House. Otherwise, Members of Congress will have abdicated their responsibilities and farmers and ranchers, rural America, and in fact, the entire country will suffer the consequences.

Banks Funding Climate Change
This is a bulletin board that is that is going to count the amount of Carbon Dioxide being pumped in to the atmosphere. The title says, "CLIMATE CHANGE AFFECTS EVERYONE" then there is a counter below, which is not running yet and then below that it says, "Greenhouse Gases In Our Atmosphere".
In the upper right hand corner is sponsor of this bulletin board is Deutshe Bank. The bulletin board is right over a Capital One bank and Bank of America. The irony here is that right around the corner just above the LIRR entrance was the marque that had an up-to-date count of the federal debt which was shut off about a year ago. I don't think the marque was large enough to handle the amount of the debit.

Sweet Land Of Liberty
The basis of this country, our constitution, and the idea of a government based on the ideals of freedom of all man and the pursuit of that freedom is what I believe in. The point that is not really understood by most Americans is that we have complete and total freedom to live our lives as we see fit unless we violate the freedom of others. Our government is based on the people, not on popular opinion. We are a Republic not a Democracy. We are in charge, plain and simple.
We have the right to voice our opinion, we have the right to establish a militia and the police do not have the right to impose on our freedom through a police state. Plain and simple...right? No! Over the last 85 years or so our freedoms have been slowly and insidiously taken away from us. It is being done so slowly and methodically that most of us don't even see what is happening even though the proof is in the pudding.
Take free speech zones. The first amendment states, "Congress shall make no law... abridging... the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances." Yet a free speech zone is justified with language like this "The stated purpose of free speech zones is to protect the safety of those attending the political gathering, or for the safety of the protesters themselves." Is to protect the safety of those attending the political gathering or the protesters themselves? Is this to imply that there is going to be violence because there is a protest? Does this mean that protesters are all political and violent or violence can ensue because of the mere idea that someone has a different opinion?
How about gun legislation? The second amendment states, "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed." If we read this it states that we have the right to bear Arms, please note that Arms is capitalized! Yet there is constant ban on guns, you need to have a permit to own a gun and you need to have a background check in order to purchase a gun. See here is the most obvious way that our freedoms are being removed and regulated. There is not a direct ban on guns, simply a control on guns. No one is going to out right just say that guns are not allowed, just that we are going to regulate who owns guns or what kind of guns can be purchased. This way the government is not coming out and saying the second amendment is being abolished.
My point here, and what I said earlier about people not seeing what is happening, is this: when you control guns or regulate free speech or allow the DOD to just tap our phones without warrants, the constitution is being ignored, it is that simple.
I know that this sounds completely and utterly stupid, the fact remains that this is what is happening in our country today. Look at the Brady law, man is protecting the President and is shot by this whack job, John Hinkely Jr, so now we need to make sure that we protect people from getting shot again by whack jobs so we have a 7 day waiting list for someone to get a background check before purchasing a gun so this never happens again. Who controls the information in your background check? No seriously, who controls this information?
9-11 is really the base of all of this. From that the Patriot Act was put in to place by the Bush administration. This act was suppose to protect the American people against another attack yet who is really being protected? Look for your self at this country to see who is really being protected because it is not the American people. Look at our economy, look at the budget of the military, look at the level of rights that have been slowly taken away from us since this was implemented.
But you really need to look at this for yourself. Stop taking what the mass media tells you everyday as simple fact and learn how to read what is being said. Perfect example from the NY Times, headline today, "OBAMA ENLISTED BREAD CONSENSUS OF FINANCE" subhead line, "Fed and F.D.I.C. to Gain Wide Authority Over Ailing Institutions". So what is this saying? The Federal Reserve, a private Central Bank that produces our currency without any regulation from Congress, which per the Constitution states is the responsibility of Congress, is going to be given more control over banks. Banks are a private institution (meaning that they are not owned by the government, technically they are a public company because of the fact of shareholders)they are owned by shareholders and run by a Board. They are regulated by the government only to not completely rip off the public. The idea here is that we put our money in to the bank and use this bank to pay our bills, save our money and pay us interest. Our money is suppose to be safe from the failure of the bank hence the F.D.I.C. Some of us borrow money from the bank to purchase something or expand our business. Simple, right? Well these days, thanks to the removal of certain regulations, banks can now invest our money in to the stock and bond market, putting our money at risk. They can also lend out more money than they have. In other words, they used to be able to lend out at the rate of 12 to 1. Meaning that they have 1 dollar, they can take and lend out $12. Now a days they can lend out as much as $30 for every $1 that they have. Hence you have the mess that we are in now. Yet it was the Federal Reserve that has allowed this to happen, in fact they encourage the banks to do so and Obama is now asking for more regulatory power to be given to the Federal Reserve. Did you know that the Inspector General of the Federal Reserve told Congress that they could not account for over 1.2 trillion dollars that was lent to banks or spent by the Fed since September 2008. See for yourself!
I can almost 100% guarranty that 85% of Amercians do not know that the Federal Reserve is a private bank that is not regulated by the Congress. Now those of you that pull the Federal Reserve act of 1913 that says that it is suppose to be controlled by Congress hold your breath, if it was regulated by Congress then HR 1207 asking for an audit of the Federal Reserve would not be needed!
My overall point to this whole thing here is this, we need to better educate ourselves as to what is happening in this country. We need to trust just a little less what apprears to be happening around us with the ideal of being done in our best interest, a statement that along rips apart our Constitution. Our best interest is to become involved. Our best interest is to ask "why" when you see headlines like above or you hear about a peaceful protester riding his bike down Broadway in NYC and getting tackled by a police officer for no reason. You need to step up and tell your Congressman or Senator that you disagree with a bill that you heard about at the water cooler. You have a god given AND constitutional right to step up and question our leaders and ask them to be accountable for their mistakes. On Fox this morning, Meg talked to Republican from WI regarding taxing cattle's flatulence. Meg found this very funny because the Senator said the word, "fart" and complimented the Senator on the fact that he said fart more then anyone had ever done so on Fox News. I do have to compliment the Senator for actually taking the interview seriously, bringing up the point that he has been fighting this point of the EPA not handling global warming by taxing the American citizens. He tried several times to lead Meg to ask about his position on global warming, but she just giggled about how he was using the word fart on TV!! Wow, I am so inspired! We are about to pay even more for food and Meg is giggling about the word fart!!!!
I saw a report today about universal health care which pointed out how 70% of the people with health care which they receive from their employers, are happy with their care and do not want this new system. The fact of the matter is from the reports that I have read, people with health care do not what the government's version of health care and also from what I have read, this is a huge majority. This follows with a majority of the public do not agree with our "wars" that we are involved with, they don't want to attack Korea, Iran or any other country for what ever reason. Polls show that a majority of people think that there is something wrong with the 911 investigation and it needs to be looked in to. Polls also showed that both bailouts that we have had in the last 8 months show that the majority of people were against them, yet again, our Government went ahead and pushed this through. I am sure that you can go back to 1912 that a majority disagreed with the creation of a Central Bank but this was also pushed through.
So why is it that the majority disagree with how the government is acting yet it continues to go ahead with it's agenda? Think about it, we are a Republic, our Representatives with in the government are suppose to vote based on us the people. But then you hear stories like with the Central Bank legislation being brought to Congress to vote on with the night before Christmas with many of the Congress heading home to be with their families. (Don't forget that in 1912, there where no plains so I am sure some with Congress left several days earlier!) One of the reports I read during the October 2008 bailout, one Senator said that he was pressured in to signing the bill being told the stock market would crash 2500 points, banks would go out of business and there would be marshal law in the streets in of America. They where then given less then 24 hours to read the bill.
Again a similar thing happened with Obama's bailout, pressure from the administration, threats of what could happen if they did not vote for it and then being given the bill with little to no time to review it before they vote on it. But again most people disagreed with the bailouts yet the Congress still slammed it through. As a side note, I love how Obama pushed the bill though and then took the weekend off and did not sign it until the next Tuesday after the bill was passed on Friday.
So what is happening here? Why is the majority of the public of the US disagreeing with what our government is doing but yet they keep voting against our wishes. My theory is two-fold. One, the public are not keeping track of what the government is doing so not contacting their reps to share their opinion. If fact, most people were not aware that when you contact your reps, whether it be in the local, state or federal, each person that contacts their office counts as a particular number of other public. If you contact your Senator or Congressman, it is considered that 10,000 other have that same opinion so your 1 call or email is worth 10,000 people.
The second opinion is that our reps really do not care what we think and are just pushing through some agenda that is going to push their career ahead, which of course is the scariest of the two. I honestly think that we could say that 3/4 of the time, our reps do not care what we think and the 1/4 of the time, our reps just don't hear from us. Think about it, maybe if we did contact them more often, then maybe we would be able to have more control over this. Maybe they fall in to the agenda because it seems that we don't care.
Most people do blindly just vote for someone because they appear to be the right candidate. Look at our last Presidential election. It appeared that voting for Obama was the right choice, we were looking to rid ourselves of Bush so lets get a fresh face in the office of the President who was making the right promises. The fact that he was black made it even more appealing to me, it showed that this country was saying the hell with the past, that we can have a black man as a President, meaning to me that we can have a man despite the color of his skin in office.
There is something that we are also missing out on with regards to our country and that is the fact that it country is a Republic, not a Democracy, yet when I was trying to work out what the difference between the two, I found it very difficult to decipher the difference until now. The key point to that I have found is the point of sovereignty. The statement, "We The People" has enormous meaning. A Democracy is a government of majority rules, 51% of the people control 49% of the people. With this idea, people are no longer free unless they are in the 51%. A Republic promotes the point that each man is in control of his own life, freedom and that pursuit of such freedom. This is done through the guise of the Constitution. What is unique about our country's constitution is the point of checks and balances. This is the point of the three branches of government, Executive, Legislative and Judicial. This system is suppose to control a Democracy from occurring, one branch overlooks the action of the other. Legislative has the right to vote down a bill, President can veto a bill and the Supreme Court has the Constitution to compare a bill to in order to verify it being legal.
Our government is just that, our government. Our Representatives work for us, we elect them to be our voices, we control what they do and have the right to call them on it per the 1st Amendment.
So this leads me to this conclusion, we are allowing ourselves to be completely dumbed down. We watch the news and read the papers that don't really tell us what is happen but because we trust them we feel like we are being informed. "I saw Paris Hilton's boob so I am in the grove of what is happening." It comes down to us, We The People, we are allow this to happen to us despite how it is being done, we are not paying attention to what our government is doing, we are not doing our homework with the laws that are being introduced, instead we are trusting what the media is telling us so if and when the shit hits the fan, we all need to look in the mirror and ask who is at fault for allowing this to happen!! Cap and Trade Continued
The fact of the matter here is that I really can not keep up with what is going on out there so I have made this more of an opinion based blog. Taking the facts of what is happening and then injecting my viewpoint with what is happening. I spend hours of my day listening to Alex Jones podcast. I do a lot of traveling so I use this time to listen to him. I monitor the media but after you watch the same report on CBS, NBC, ABC, CNN and Fox, you find that there is not much time that you need to watch these media outlets to find out what is happening because they all say the same thing. I read Logistics Monster, subscribe to Ron Paul and scan the rest of the alternative media to see what is happening which can take some time.
There is one thing out there that I am not seeing in the alternative media as well as the main line media machine and that is the Cap and Trade aka Al Gore tax that is in the Senate Committee right now. I emailed my Congressman and Senators here in New Jersey a few weeks ago with regards to this and obviously I expressed my concern about this. My main point to them was that I was worried that an environmental issue has now turned in to an economical issue. Cap and Trade, admitted by our President, will increase energy cost by some 70%.
A tax is being used to curtail carbon emmission to reduce what is formally know as "global warming". This system most simple will give an advatage to larger businesses as they will have the capital to control the trade of their emmissions. This will reduce the ability of the smaller businesses to be able to afford to purchase the ability to put out more emmissioins because the levels that they will be allowed to have will be much lower then what they have right now so they will have to trade with the larger companies and that price of doing this will destroy their companies. They will not be able to keep up basically.
I stated above that I emailed my Senetors and I did get a response to my email from Senator Robert Menendez and hear is what he had to say, "Thank you for contacting me regarding climate change legislation. Your opinion is very important to me, and I appreciate the opportunity to respond to you on this critical issue.
I understand your concern with the economic impact of this legislation. Like you, I believe it is vital that we carefully consider and prepare for how a cap and trade program will affect the daily lives of those at every income level. That is why I cosponsored an amendment that offered increased protections for low-income families, while moving forward with the fight against global warming.
However, it is important to remember that the costs of ignoring global warming far outweigh the costs of acting now to reduce emissions. For instance, recent projections in New Jersey predict that the Jersey Shore could erode inland by as much as 300 yards because of sea level rise by the end of this century. This would cost our state billions in tourism revenue as well as destroy what I consider a national treasure. Please rest assured, however, that careful consideration of any economic impacts from climate change legislation is a priority for me, and I will keep your opinions in mind as we continue to debate and discuss this topic."
Now I am not going to say what really want to with regards to the Senators PR'ish answer to me because he was the only on that actually answered me. I did respond asking two questions, where and what is this tax money going to be used for and I asked him to contact NASA to find out if the earths tempature has gone up or down over the last few years. The answer to this is that it has gone down which is why we are referring to global warming now as climate change. We will see what his answer is on this. I did point out to him that is concern about lower income families was "nice" but the tax basis for this counrty and voter basis in this country is the middle class so he needs to be concerned with them as well. Left Right, What Is The Difference?
Torture is defined as "the infliction of intense pain (as from burning, crushing, or wounding) to punish, coerce, or afford sadistic pleasure". Using methods like waterboarding on prisoners in order to get them to admit that they did something is torture no matter how you cut it. Torture is torture and the Bush administration admits openly that they allowed torture to occur in order to get information of out people. I am going to point out something here, it does not matter if our Government is torturing people that blew up 100 buildings in the US, torture is torture no matter why it is being doing, it is still torture and it is illegal not only in the US but it violates the Geneva Convention.
According to an article from Info Wars,"In an interview done with the London Telegraph, Major General Antonio Taguba, the former army officer who conducted an inquiry into the Abu Ghraib jail in Iraq, confirmed the details of his original army report, that the unreleased photos showed rape and sexual abuse of women and minors.
“At least one picture shows an American soldier apparently raping a female prisoner while another is said to show a male translator raping a male detainee,” reports the Telegraph, adding, “Further photographs are said to depict sexual assaults on prisoners with objects including a truncheon, wire and a phosphorescent tube.”
You can go ahead and read the rest of this article on the Info Wars website as well as Googling Torture at Abu Ghraid prison and see all of the articles about this. The point here is that the President is not going to go after the Bush Administration legally about this. He is not going to put anyone in front of the Courts of the US to prosecute any one for breaking the law. If fact, it would not surprise me if Obama is continuing to torture prisoners. People's human rights are being violated not only by being tortured but by being held with out their day in court yet where is the UN?
Brothers do not rat out their brothers, that is the rule. You will see this in fraternities, with the police, with the fire department and apparently with in the family of our government.
I do want to point out that our President is a graduate of Harvard Law as a Constitutional Lawyer meaning that his specialty is law regarding the Constitution, shouldn't he know better? Logan Act Violation
"The Logan Act is a United States federal law that forbids unauthorized citizens from negotiating with foreign governments. It was passed in 1799 and last amended in 1994. Violation of the Logan Act is a felony, punishable under federal law with imprisonment of up to three years.

There is a Constitution, Right?
"A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed."
Yes, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed! Now we will define the word infringed: "to violate or break."
So the founding fathers set it up so the people had a right to keep and bear arms and this was not to be violated or broken. Now why is this? I am not a historian but I have done some studying about this time period to be able to point this out. We do have to remember that our country started out as colonies and each one of these colonies came together, fought the English Crown and won it's independence. But to do this they need to have an army which took some time to put together. This was done by combining each of the states militia which basically was citizens, with guns, that protected their land. From what I remember, one of the things that pushed the colonies over the edge was the Crown trying to ban guns in which left the people with no personal protection which would increase the level of crime whether it was the British soldiers going after the people of the colonies or simple crime amongst the people.
There was a bill, H.R. 17 that was introduced regarding personal possession of guns. Here is the explanation of the bill, "To protect the right to obtain firearms for security, and to use firearms in defense of self, family, or home, and to provide for the enforcement of such right. "
The bill is there to "protect" the right of obtain firearms? Why? Per the constitution we have the right already to own guns, why would we need to have a bill that protects what we already have?
What I think is going on here since 911 is that what used to be inalienable rights have some how been turned around into privileges. We are so used to being told that we are in danger that this country's government some how switched over to a State of Emergency state of mind. Somehow there is this agreement that we are under constant danger and that the natural rights that we are suppose to have turned in to privileges that someone is allowing us to have.
Lets remember this very important point here, the States run the country per the Bill of Rights.
9th Amendment states, "The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people."
10th Amendment states, " The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."
Our States have the right to push the Federal Government to the side and to reinstate their own constitutions and press the reboot button on the Federal Government. What we need to do is to push our States to look at these points of the Bill of Rights and put this country back to its original status. Sphere: Related Content

I Agree With Miss California?
The problem here is that she spoke her mind and then received so much flack from the public or at least that is what the media is letting us think! The fact is that the Miss USA contest is getting another dose of publicity and ratings are through the roof for not only The Donald but for NBC, which host the contest as well as the Miss Universe contest.
So she spoke out against gay marriage and she is attacked. This is a bit of a tough stance because 20 years ago, if she said that gay's should have this right she would have been attacked as well but there seems to be more behind this attack that seems to be a trend out in our "free" society. There seems to be a right to free speech but at the same time you are not to offend people hence the "politically correct" speech. This limitation on speech is insane and has to stop.
There is a bill at the Senate bill 126, that is in place to stop offensive material on the Internet and it is really that general. The problem again is the question is what is offensive. Would saying gay marriage is wrong or even that life style, what about the opposite view of global warming, or saying only 4 million Jews died during the Holocaust or saying that the president was wrong for what he and the cabinet are doing. Are these the offensive things?
I am sorry but I do not agree with a lot of things that are said out there but that is part of the 1st amendment, as citizen's of the US we have the right to say what we want and if you don't like it, MOVE!!! Sphere: Related Content

What a Week!
Wow, is it really starting to get crazy out there in the world these days. With the Swine Flu killing all of these people in Mexico, infesting all of these people in the US and now about 20 countries, the WHO now putting us at DEFCOM 5 we are certain to all die soon. At least that is what it seems like. Our leaders telling us that they are not trying to scare us...but! Or using words like pandemic or comparing this to the flu of 1918 which killed 40 million people.
The media, or the NWO's PR fountain, has done a great job of making 20 deaths in Mexico and 1 death of a Mexican child who was visiting family in Texas, in to this circus of fear, that we have missed the fact that the discussions of Al Gore's Cap and Trade Ponzi scheme started on the hill April 24, 2009. Yes, that is right, 1 day after the NWO's use of another false fear, Global Warming or Climate Change (there is great article in Saturdays NY Times about why they changed the name from Global Warming to Climate Change, it was a PR thing because people thought of left wing hippies when they hear the words Global Warming) the explosion of a false fear or false flag pandemic of a flu goes flying around the air waves as a distraction away from what is really going on.
Because man is so horrible and we are increasing the CO2 levels in our atmosphere which is then causing the temperature to rise which apparently will cause our demise or at very least might cause a few Polar Bears to swim a bit more often than they have had to lately, we are going to be taxed by our government more now to use products that are based on CARBON. Actually, companies that produce such things will be allotted a certain amount of carbon emissions and will then be taxed above that allotted amount. That defines the CAP. The trade will be a free market trade of a company's allotted emissions which can be sold to other companies. That defines TRADE. In other words, companies that play along will be given larger amounts of emissions stocks (I am coining that!!!!) to be able to then trade them to smaller companies at a huge amount of money because the smaller companies will not be given enough emissions stocks and will subsequently will go over there level of emissions and will be killed with taxes which will cause them to fail and they will be purchased by these larger companies and over all the consumer will have the cost passed on to them or us. There is an expected $500 billion dollars of additional taxes that we, the people of the US are going to have to pay or $3000 a year per person.
Two more points here, Obama told reporters in Jan 2008 that he was in favor of this cap and trade and that he knew that utilities would sky rocket and did not care.
Second this is that carbon is the basis of life, that is why any animal is referred to as a carbon based life form. Everything we touch, use, eat, play with etc, is carbon based. CO2 levels are irrelevant to Global Warning. How can something that is part and parcel to our way of life be what is causing to the temperature to go up. Did you ever think that the temperature goes up based on how hot the sun is? Isn't that where are temperature comes from? I mean, come on, it is cold in the winter because we are further from the sun and warm in the summer because we are closer to the sun.
