Remembering 9/11

It has been 8 years since that tragic attack on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon. In my life I have experienced several moments that people say that you never forget where you were when it happened. I was in my office in Buffalo New York. One of the people I work with rushed in to my office and told me the Pentagon was hit by a plane or a missile. Being that there was a TV in my office, I turned it on and say the one of WTC towers on fire and within minutes they showed the second building burst in to flames. There are 2 things that I remember very clearly that day that was said on the Today show which I had turned to, first, this was not a mistake and the second one was the one thing that made me think that there was more going on hear and that was that by 10:30ish, Osama Bin Landen was being blamed for this. It wasn't a surprised that his name was being dropped, it was more the fact that it was being dropped so quickly and on all stations, NBC, CBS and ABC.
I have made it a point with this blog to not bring up my opinion about 9/11 or to bring up the fatastic contradictions with this occurrence and I am braking my silents on this subject now. I believe that 9/11 was an inside job, I believe that President Bush knew about it but was not involved in the decision but Dick Channey was. I believe that this is a false flag in order to impliment the actions of the NWO, taking control of this country by stripping away the Freedoms of this country while setting up the most perfect PR campaign the world has ever seen, "The War on Terror"!
I am not going to go in to what has happened in this country other than to point out 3 things, The Patriot Act I & II, Wars in the Middle East and the amount of money that is being spent and how much control of oil that has come from this and the Department of Homeland Security.
Please just take a few minutes today and reflex on the changes this country has taken since then. Remember how we did not have tons of security on the streets like cameras spying on us. Remember not having to be felt up by TSA people at the airport or not having to take off our shoes to get on a plane. Remember when you got pulled over and the cop did not keep his hand on his gun as he approached you. Remember when you did not have to look up a City's free speech zone to protest your government. Take the time to look back and see what has changed and you might see what is really going on.

Fed Chairman Is Victim Of ID Theft?

Okay, this is the best example of you get what you dishout! Chairman of the Federal Reserve, Ben Bernanke's wife's purse was stolen by a man in Washington DC. The theft then used the Bernanke's checkbook to deposit checks in to an account for an undisclosed amount. Now lets take a look at this one very closely. You are the wife of the Chairman of the Federal Reserve, you lose your purse which has your checkbook, id, credit cards and well as other things. Okay, you are the wife of the Chairman of the most power bank in the world and you do not cancel your account or at least your checks so that they can not be cashed? Okay, so this video does not say that they man actually got any money out of the Bernanke's but at the same time, this whole story just shows how irresponsible the Chairman of the Fed actually is! Thank God Obama is supporting him to continue with this post! GOD BLESS AMERICA!!

Heath Care Bill, Ask Questions!

Ask yourself this question when you look at or read the national media with regards to what is happening to this country, "what are the specifics?". Take any subject that is out there whether it be National Health Care, Cap and Trade, Bailout Money, Economic Stimulus Plan, both wars. Why is it that the national media does not get in to the actual information as to what is really going on.
I bring this up specifically with regards to these town hall meetings that both the Democrats and Republican are doing nation wide. What does the media report and show you? They are reporting on the controversy that these meetings are bringing up but not the controversy of why people are mad, they just report that people are angry. When the left is doing a meeting they are showing you angry Americans that are yelling about how the country is falling apart, how it is becoming a socialistic country, how some are carrying Nazi signs and how it is the right that is trying to co-op the left. But are they even asking what it is that people are upset about? No, they show how bad it is that people are angry and that these people are not really protesters, that they are there to upset others, to distract people away from what the administration is doing.
Why is it that the media has not grabbed a copy of the National Health Care bill or the Cap and Trade bill the that House past in June and giving the people the specific information? What does the bills say? How are we really going to pay for health care, what is the system going to be like for all Americans, why are there people out there that are upset about this system. Does anyone even bother to point out that a National anything goes against the principals of our Constitution, that the Federal government is not suppose to run peoples lives, in fact, that was the whole point to the Declaration of Independence? Take Cap and Trade, did the media say anything above the point that taxes will go up and energy prices will go up? NO! Did anyone actually sit down with this bill and see what these "green jobs" are or how much will energy actually go up or how much taxes will rise? Did anyone even bother to ask why it is that this bill was pushed through to vote with out the entire bill actually being given to all members of the House to read first. Ya, Fox did report on this and said that they bill was pushed through but where is the follow up or investigating to pull the strings to see what is really going on. I specifically remember that Obama promised the American people that there would be a PDF copy of all bills made available to the us and a minimum of 5 days grace period before any thing was to be voted on and yet this is never even brought up by the media and then dug into to get an answer.
Congress and the President work for us, plain and simple. I know that they are put up on a pedestal for us to admire but do remember that our fore fathers and presidents of the past use to walk the streets like everyone else and were humble people that put their necks out on the line for this country so we could have the freedoms that we still have left. We still have a voice and if our voices are not being heard that we have the right to take these people out of office with our votes and with our voices. They work for us, our taxes pay their salaries and they are suppose to represent our wishes.
When you watch the news or watch a political person speak, do not get caught up in the fact that they took out time from their busy day and are speaking to us now. Look for them to give us specific information about what is happening out there. Watch the media and watch for actually information and steer away from someones opinion. It does bring to mind a gentlemen that was on NBC the other night reporting how Socialism is the new "N" word out there. How easy it is to make the white man's skin crawl because no one wants to be accused of being a racist, especially these days.
Here is a great homework assignment. Try and watch all 3 National news stations at one time. Flip back and forth between then and count the stories that they all report on. Listen to what the message is of each of the stories and look for the similarities. Hell, when someone is reporting from Washington, look in the back ground and tell me that they are not all reporting from almost the same exact location. Do this for a week and you will see what I mean. It is all the same!
Lean to ask questions of what is happening. Use the internet but be smart about it, there are real wackos with very explosive things to say out there. Get your questions answered and do just trust someone because they seem important to you!

Here is an email that was just, literally, just sent over to me. This is from Mr. Alexrod, Senior Advisor to President Obama. Please read this over and come up with your own opinion of what is being said here. Honestly, I really do not see anything other then the attempt for the government to get you to click on to their website. There are no specific issues being taken up about how the government is going to actually run health care, it is more of a black PR handling then anything else but decide for yourself.

Your New Health Care Program

Well America, our President and his cabinet are full steam ahead with the Universal Health Care program. Now that the Blue Dog Democrats have been conned in to going along with this, the likeliness of this program going through is pretty good. Yes, even though 80% of the US citizens have health insurance, we all need to sacrifice for the other 20% that do not. I really not a cold person when it comes to my fellow Americans and personally I do not have health insurance, but that fact of the matter is that if you don't have it that is not really my problem and I am sure that I speak for the rest of the people that are not in agreement with this program.
My main disagreement with this whole program is very simple, ever meet a Veteran that is happy with his or her health care? In fact, have you ever talk to anyone that is happy with any sort of program that the Federal government runs? Well I have several friends that have served our country that have some great stories about their "health care", if you choose to use the term "care".
Below is a list of some bullet points of the bill:
• Page 16: States that if you have insurance at the time of the bill
becoming law and change, you will be required to take a similar plan.
If that is not available, you will be required to take the gov option!
• Page 22: Mandates audits of all employers that self-insure!
• Page 29: Admission: your health care will be rationed!
• Page 30: A government committee will decide what treatments and benefits you get (and, unlike an insurer, there will be no appeals process)
• Page 42: The "Health Choices Commissioner" will decide health benefits for you. You will have no choice. None.
• Page 50: All non-US citizens, illegal or not, will be provided with free healthcare services.
• Page 58: Every person will be issued a National ID Healthcard.
• Page 59: The federal government will have direct, real-time access to all individual bank accounts for electronic funds transfer.
• Page 65: Taxpayers will subsidize all union retiree and community organizer health plans (example: SEIU, UAW and ACORN)
• Page 72: All private healthcare plans must conform to government rules to participate in a Healthcare Exchange.
• Page 84: All private healthcare plans must participate in the Healthcare Exchange (i.e., total government control of private plans)
• Page 91: Government mandates linguistic infrastructure for services; translation: illegal aliens
• Page 95: The Government will pay ACORN and Americorps to sign up individuals for Government-run Health Care plan.
• Page 102: Those eligible for Medicaid will be automatically enrolled: you have no choice in the matter.
• Page 124: No company can sue the government for price-fixing. No "judicial review" is permitted against the government monopoly. Put simply, private insurers will be crushed.
• Page 127: The AMA sold doctors out: the government will set wages.
• Page 145: An employer MUST auto-enroll employees into the government-run public plan. No alternatives.
• Page 126: Employers MUST pay healthcare bills for part-time employees AND their families.
• Page 149: Any employer with a payroll of $400K or more, who does not offer the public option, pays an 8% tax on payroll
• Page 150: Any employer with a payroll of $250K-400K or more, who does not offer
the public option, pays a 2 to 6% tax on payroll
• Page 167: Any individual who doesnt' have acceptable healthcare (according to the government) will be taxed 2.5% of income.
• Page 170: Any NON-RESIDENT alien is exempt from individual taxes (Americans will pay for them).
• Page 195: Officers and employees of Government Healthcare Bureaucracy will have access to ALL American financial and personal records.
• Page 203: "The tax imposed under this section shall not be treated as tax." Yes, it really says that.
• Page 239: Bill will reduce physician services for Medicaid. Seniors and the poor most affected."
• Page 241: Doctors: no matter what speciality you have, you'll all be paid the same (thanks, AMA!)
• Page 253: Government sets value of doctors' time, their professional judgment, etc.
• Page 265: Government mandates and controls productivity for private healthcare industries.
• Page 268: Government regulates rental and purchase of power-driven wheelchairs.
• Page 272: Cancer patients: welcome to the wonderful world of rationing!
• Page 280: Hospitals will be penalized for what the government deems preventable re-admissions.
• Page 298: Doctors: if you treat a patient during an initial admission that results in a readmission, you will be penalized by the government.
• Page 317: Doctors: you are now prohibited for owning and investing in healthcare companies!
• Page 318: Prohibition on hospital expansion. Hospitals cannot expand without government approval.
• Page 321: Hospital expansion hinges on "community" input: in other words, yet another payoff for ACORN.
• Page 335: Government mandates establishment of outcome-based measures: i.e.., rationing.
• Page 341: Government has authority to disqualify Medicare Advantage Plans, HMOs, etc.
• Page 354: Government will restrict enrollment of SPECIAL NEEDS individuals.
• Page 379: More bureaucracy: Telehealth Advisory Committee (healthcare by phone).
• Page 425: More bureaucracy: Advance Care Planning Consult: Senior Citizens, assisted suicide, euthanasia?
• Page 425: Government will instruct and consult regarding living wills, durable powers of attorney, etc. Mandatory. Appears to lock in
estate taxes ahead of time.
• Page 425: Goverment provides approved list of end-of-life resources, guiding you in death.
• Page 427: Government mandates program that orders end-of-life treatment; government dictates how your life ends.
• Page 429: Advance Care Planning Consult will be used to dictate treatment as patient's health deteriorates. This can include an ORDER for end-of-life plans. An ORDER from the GOVERNMENT.
• Page 430: Government will decide what level of treatments you may have at end-of-life.
• Page 469: Community-based Home Medical Services: more payoffs for ACORN.
• Page 472: Payments to Community-based organizations: more payoffs for ACORN.
• Page 489: Government will cover marriage and family therapy.
Government intervenes in your marriage.
• Page 494: Government will cover mental health services: defining, creating and rationing those services.
So if you made it through this list with out having a heart attack then lets look at the truth of this whole thing. The Government is going to completely run your health care. The Government is going to act in a robotic manner and manage your life for you and doctors are basically going to have to look over its manuals in order to determine your life for you.
If this is what you want then let it slide and just give up. If you want to do something, email this list to your friends, State officials, House and Senate members and tell them NO!!! They work for you so do not listen to them as to why they think the Government should run your health. Also, ask them if they are going to participate in this program or do they have their own health care program.

Get Your Rebate and Give Them Your Computer

Okay, so this is one of the wilder ones that I have seen. It appears that if you are looking to get this $4,500 rebate from the Government, you are also going to have to turn over your computer to them. I will repeat this one, you want the rebate, you have to allow the US Government to be able to go in to your computer and spy on you. It is the disclaimer while you sign up for the rebate program.

This is one of the most, biggest, outrageous odd moves by our country and honestly I can not think with why they would do this in this particular manner. If you think about it the federal government has always had stings attached to their programs. GM lost their CEO, Bank of America's CEO was forced to lie to the Senate ad infiniteum. By why take over your computer?!?!?
One last thing, where did all of that money go that has all of a sudden dried up? Are you telling me that 1 billion or 220,000 cars have been sold since this program started a few weeks ago? Hmmmmm!

We Need People Like This Today!

Five signers of the Declareation of Independence were captured by the British as traitors, and tortured before they died.

Twelve had their homes ransacked and burned. Two lost their sons serving in the Revolutionary Army; another had two sons captured. Nine of the 56 fought and died from wounds or hardships of the Revolutionary War.

They signed and they pledged their lives, their fortunes, and their sacred honor. What kind of men were they?

Twenty-four were lawyers and jurists. Eleven were merchants, nine were farmers and large plantation owners; men of means, well educated. But they signed the Declaration of Independence knowing full well that the penalty would be death if they were captured.
Carter Braxton of Virginia, a wealthy planter and trader, saw his ships swept from the seas by the British Navy. He sold his home and properties to pay his debts, and died in rags.

Thomas McKeam was so hounded by the British that he was forced to move his family almost constantly. He served in the Congress without pay, and his family was kept in hiding. His possessions were taken from him, and poverty was his reward.

Vandals or soldiers looted the properties of Dillery, Hall, Clymer, Walton, Gwinnett, Heyward, Ruttledge, and Middleton.

At the battle of Yorktown, Thomas Nelson Jr, noted that the British General Cornwallis had taken over his home for his headquarters. He quietly urged General George Washington to open fire. The home was destroyed, and Nelson died bankrupt.

Francis Lewis had his home and properties destroyed. The Redcoats jailed his wife, and she died within a few months.

John Hart was driven from his wife’s bedside as she was dying. Their 13 children fled for their lives. His fields and his gristmill were laid to waste. For more than a year he lived in forests and caves, returning home to find his wife dead and his children vanished. A few weeks later he died from exhaustion and a broken heart.

Norris and Livingston suffered similar fates. Such were the stories and sacrifices of the American Revolution. These were not wild-eyed, rabble-rousing ruffians. They were soft-spoken men of means and education. They had security, but they valued liberty more. Standing tall, straight, and unwavering, they pledged: “For the support of this declaration, with firm reliance on the
protection of the divine providence, we mutually pledge to each other, our lives, our fortunes, and our sacred honor.” They gave you and me a free and independent America.

The history books never told you a lot about what happened in the Revolutionary War. We didn’t fight just the British. We were British subjects at that time and we fought our own government! Some of us take these liberties so much for granted, but we shouldn’t. So, take a few minutes while enjoying your 4th of July holiday and silently thank these patriots. It’s not much to ask for the price they paid.

H.R. 2454 CONTINUED

It certainly was a long weekend since the slam dunk vote by the House on Friday with 8 Republican being the spoilers of our Republic. I gave this time to not only collect my thoughts on this but to also find out as much about why this bill passed so quickly.

I am not an expert of how the House and Senate go through their proceedings so I really do not understand how something comes out of Committee, add 300 hundred pages at 3 am, forced on to the floor to be voted leaving no time for the Congressmen to even review the bill. Several Congressmen requested the bill from the House Speaker and were refused right on the House floor. Why and how could anyone put up with this? Then there were reports that the bill was not finalized until 2 July at which point votes could be changed but somehow that was changed.

There is more here to this bill then it's title, American Clean Energy and Security Act. Here are some of what others are saying about this bill.
"The Cap and Trade Bill HR 2454 was voted on last Friday. Proponents claim this bill will help the environment, but what it really does is put another nail in the economy’s coffin. The idea is to establish a national level of carbon dioxide emissions, and sell pollution permits to industry as the Catholic Church used to sell indulgences to sinners. HR 2454 also gives federal bureaucrats new power to regulate a wide variety of household appliances, such as light bulbs and refrigerators, and further distorts the market by providing more of your tax money to auto companies." Ron Paul
"Despite heated objections by some Republicans, the unread 1,200-page Waxman-Markey climate bill was passed 219-212 in the House on Friday." Aaron Dykes
"“We’re disappointed we can’t support the bill,” says Nick Berning, a spokesman for Friends of the Earth. “There just was not enough in it to reduce pollution while billions were given to big oil, dirty coal.”

This misnomer bill is not only going to impose more taxes for Americans, it promises rebates for the poorer Americans and that is all that is being said. But if you look at the actual figures you will see a rebate of less then $300 yet the bill promises to increase energy cost by about $3000 per family. It blows my mind to think that anyone with any sort of understanding of math would see that increasing cost per American of $3000 a year, creating a situation where people will lose their jobs and then giving them a 10% back as a rebate is not helping anyone.

My biggest problem is the fact that the States are going to have to give up more and more power to the Fed in order to put this bill in place. Between the regulations on remodeling we will have new requirements for new houses and buildings that will increase the cost of building. That on top of what I am calling the Green Police and their warrantless inspections of our homes to make sure that we doing what the Governments requires from us we are being usurped by the Fed. THIS IS NOT FREEDOM, THIS IS RUSSIA ON STEROIDS. States and local governments are going to be told what to do by the Government which is the absolute opposite of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. We have sovereignty, the right to govern ourselves and not to have our lives micromanaged by the Federal government.

With this bill and then the National Health Care, we as the people are going to loose more and more power to be able to run this country. As an aside, I read an article about the 17th Amendment from 1913, which was the same year that the Amendment for income tax was put in place. Back in the day, our Senators were voted in to place by the States government. The voices of our States government put our Federal Senators in to power. This was switched by the 17th Amendment where the Senators were voted in by the populace of the State meaning that the populace had more control but the government of the State had less. This knocked out the balance of power in the Legislative body of the government by taking away the States voices as well. The House was set up to be the most powerful arm of the Legislative branch. The House is more of the voice of the American people because there are more reps based on population. Since the 17th Amendment, you can trace back to the now quick demise of the country. With the way it was, when we had a situation like we have now with HR 2454, the States would have a real voice in the vote of the Senate when this type of bill is turned over to them for a vote. States are the real power of this country, hence, United States of America. These are the States united, each having a voice in the Federal government in order to keep a balance there with their reps. With this gone and the Senate is more of a rogue branch now, working almost as the House does which takes away a checks and balance in this branch. The only good thing is that I read an article that said that this bill will have a hard time making it through the Senate...lets hope!

I find myself spending a bit too much time on the Global Warming, Climate Change situation that we have going on right now. The reason behind this is simple from day one, 20 years ago, I thought that this was some sort of scam. How arrogant was our scientific community to say that our planet is warming up like never before because there are holes in the Ozone. That on top of the fact that 7 years ago I was being told as a kid that we were going in to a new Ice Age. Well that was 20 years ago, now were are putting too much carbon in the atmosphere and increasing the temperature of the planet and ice caps are melting and the water level will rise and flood NYC in 100 years. Yet the facts are that the temperature is going down and that is because the sun is not as hot as it was 2 years ago.
Well the ball has dropped and the real reason for the scare has come to light. HR 2454 Americas Clean Energy and Security Act of 2009 is the solution. Behind the fluff you will find an increase of taxes, plain and simple.
Here is the record of a speech made on the floor against H.R.2454 on 23 June 2009:

Rep. Jerry Moran [R-KS1]: From its very beginning in the House Energy and Commerce Committee, H.R. 2454, the American Clean Energy and Security Act of 2009, has been forced upon Members of Congress with little time to consider the significant and potentially damaging consequences of this legislation.

On June 12th of this month, the Committee on Agriculture, on which I serve, held a 7-hour hearing to review this bill. We quickly learned that there is little solid economic analysis on how this legislation will affect our economy. Preliminary evidence makes it clear it will increase the cost of energy and, with it, the cost of everything we use in our lives on a daily basis.

We do know that the Congressional Budget Office has said this bill will raise government revenue by $846 billion over the next 10 years. In everyday terms, that means a huge tax increase. $846 billion, however, is just the beginning.

H.R. 2454 is permanent, and after the 10-year period analyzed by the CBO, free carbon allowances are phased out, auctioned carbon allowances are phased in, and total allowances are reduced. This means that future generations will be forced to pay much more than that indicated in the initial 10-year budget estimate.

Although billed as cap-and-trade, in reality Waxman-Markey is a cap-and-tax bill. Instead of government directly levying a tax, this legislation disguises that tax as a carbon allowance auction that subsequently requires electrical generation companies, petroleum, and other biofuel refiners, manufacturers, and others to collect the tax through increased costs.

The consequences go far beyond the price and our ability to turn on the lights in rural America. Kansans, who must always travel great distances to work, to school, and to receive their medical care, will pay disproportionately compared to those who have shorter distances to travel and can use public transportation.

Some had hope that agriculture and rural America would actually benefit, somehow be made whole under this legislation. Under Waxman-Markey, this clearly is not the case.

Despite great potential for agriculture to sequester carbon, agriculture is not mentioned once in the section that defines offsets. Instead, H.R. 2454 directs the EPA to define the world of carbon offsets. This will lead to few benefits for farmers and ranchers and will allow the EPA to further intrude upon our farms.

EPA has consistently made harmful decisions that fail the test of common sense. Unless agricultural offsets are expressly defined and sole authority is given to the Department of Agriculture, farmers will never see benefits from this legislation.

But even if those offsets are defined and USDA is given that authority, it is difficult to see how agriculture will overcome the increased cost of inputs caused by this cap-and-tax system. In the best case scenario under Waxman-Markey, a farmer could mitigate 10 to 50 percent of the cost of the legislation. In the worst case scenario, farmers and ranchers could find themselves unable to access the carbon offset market at all and be forced to bear the full cost of this legislation. Either way, any hope for profitability in agriculture is bleak.

I am especially concerned about the livestock sector. Unlike crop farmers, ranch operations and feed yards have few opportunities to accumulate carbon - offsets.

Much emphasis has been placed upon our Nation's economic recovery since the market collapse of last fall. This bill is almost certain to destroy any chance of economic recovery if enacted in its current form.

Congress should be allowed to obtain sound technical and economic analysis and address this legislation's many, many, many flaws. If further legislative debate is denied, then we must do what common sense demands and defeat this bill. Congress rarely gets things right when we have ample time to properly consider policy changes, but it has never made good decisions when rushed by arbitrary timetables.

Congress should abandon the current pace set by the Speaker of the House. Otherwise, Members of Congress will have abdicated their responsibilities and farmers and ranchers, rural America, and in fact, the entire country will suffer the consequences.

Please contact your Congressman and Senators and tell them "no" to this bill. Your voice is actually very important to them and they need to hear from you, it is your responsibility as an American Citizen!

Banks Funding Climate Change

I was walking out of Penn Station yesterday heading up town to go to work yesterday. I crossed over 7th Ave heading to 33rd St and I see this great new bulletin board. I pulled out my phone and took this picture.
This is a bulletin board that is that is going to count the amount of Carbon Dioxide being pumped in to the atmosphere. The title says, "CLIMATE CHANGE AFFECTS EVERYONE" then there is a counter below, which is not running yet and then below that it says, "Greenhouse Gases In Our Atmosphere".
In the upper right hand corner is sponsor of this bulletin board is Deutshe Bank. The bulletin board is right over a Capital One bank and Bank of America. The irony here is that right around the corner just above the LIRR entrance was the marque that had an up-to-date count of the federal debt which was shut off about a year ago. I don't think the marque was large enough to handle the amount of the debit.
I guess we can agree that the banks are supporting the Climate Change movement. You think they are looking forward to the Carbon Tax money?

Sweet Land Of Liberty

For the record, I want to state that I am not writing this blog in order to take a stance politically. I don't support Obama nor did I support Bush. I don't see taking a side or attacking either side directly is really going prove or improve anything.

The basis of this country, our constitution, and the idea of a government based on the ideals of freedom of all man and the pursuit of that freedom is what I believe in. The point that is not really understood by most Americans is that we have complete and total freedom to live our lives as we see fit unless we violate the freedom of others. Our government is based on the people, not on popular opinion. We are a Republic not a Democracy. We are in charge, plain and simple.

We have the right to voice our opinion, we have the right to establish a militia and the police do not have the right to impose on our freedom through a police state. Plain and simple...right? No! Over the last 85 years or so our freedoms have been slowly and insidiously taken away from us. It is being done so slowly and methodically that most of us don't even see what is happening even though the proof is in the pudding.

Take free speech zones. The first amendment states, "Congress shall make no law... abridging... the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances." Yet a free speech zone is justified with language like this "The stated purpose of free speech zones is to protect the safety of those attending the political gathering, or for the safety of the protesters themselves." Is to protect the safety of those attending the political gathering or the protesters themselves? Is this to imply that there is going to be violence because there is a protest? Does this mean that protesters are all political and violent or violence can ensue because of the mere idea that someone has a different opinion?

How about gun legislation? The second amendment states, "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed." If we read this it states that we have the right to bear Arms, please note that Arms is capitalized! Yet there is constant ban on guns, you need to have a permit to own a gun and you need to have a background check in order to purchase a gun. See here is the most obvious way that our freedoms are being removed and regulated. There is not a direct ban on guns, simply a control on guns. No one is going to out right just say that guns are not allowed, just that we are going to regulate who owns guns or what kind of guns can be purchased. This way the government is not coming out and saying the second amendment is being abolished.
My point here, and what I said earlier about people not seeing what is happening, is this: when you control guns or regulate free speech or allow the DOD to just tap our phones without warrants, the constitution is being ignored, it is that simple.
I know that this sounds completely and utterly stupid, the fact remains that this is what is happening in our country today. Look at the Brady law, man is protecting the President and is shot by this whack job, John Hinkely Jr, so now we need to make sure that we protect people from getting shot again by whack jobs so we have a 7 day waiting list for someone to get a background check before purchasing a gun so this never happens again. Who controls the information in your background check? No seriously, who controls this information?
9-11 is really the base of all of this. From that the Patriot Act was put in to place by the Bush administration. This act was suppose to protect the American people against another attack yet who is really being protected? Look for your self at this country to see who is really being protected because it is not the American people. Look at our economy, look at the budget of the military, look at the level of rights that have been slowly taken away from us since this was implemented.
But you really need to look at this for yourself. Stop taking what the mass media tells you everyday as simple fact and learn how to read what is being said. Perfect example from the NY Times, headline today, "OBAMA ENLISTED BREAD CONSENSUS OF FINANCE" subhead line, "Fed and F.D.I.C. to Gain Wide Authority Over Ailing Institutions". So what is this saying? The Federal Reserve, a private Central Bank that produces our currency without any regulation from Congress, which per the Constitution states is the responsibility of Congress, is going to be given more control over banks. Banks are a private institution (meaning that they are not owned by the government, technically they are a public company because of the fact of shareholders)they are owned by shareholders and run by a Board. They are regulated by the government only to not completely rip off the public. The idea here is that we put our money in to the bank and use this bank to pay our bills, save our money and pay us interest. Our money is suppose to be safe from the failure of the bank hence the F.D.I.C. Some of us borrow money from the bank to purchase something or expand our business. Simple, right? Well these days, thanks to the removal of certain regulations, banks can now invest our money in to the stock and bond market, putting our money at risk. They can also lend out more money than they have. In other words, they used to be able to lend out at the rate of 12 to 1. Meaning that they have 1 dollar, they can take and lend out $12. Now a days they can lend out as much as $30 for every $1 that they have. Hence you have the mess that we are in now. Yet it was the Federal Reserve that has allowed this to happen, in fact they encourage the banks to do so and Obama is now asking for more regulatory power to be given to the Federal Reserve. Did you know that the Inspector General of the Federal Reserve told Congress that they could not account for over 1.2 trillion dollars that was lent to banks or spent by the Fed since September 2008. See for yourself!
I can almost 100% guarranty that 85% of Amercians do not know that the Federal Reserve is a private bank that is not regulated by the Congress. Now those of you that pull the Federal Reserve act of 1913 that says that it is suppose to be controlled by Congress hold your breath, if it was regulated by Congress then HR 1207 asking for an audit of the Federal Reserve would not be needed!
My overall point to this whole thing here is this, we need to better educate ourselves as to what is happening in this country. We need to trust just a little less what apprears to be happening around us with the ideal of being done in our best interest, a statement that along rips apart our Constitution. Our best interest is to become involved. Our best interest is to ask "why" when you see headlines like above or you hear about a peaceful protester riding his bike down Broadway in NYC and getting tackled by a police officer for no reason. You need to step up and tell your Congressman or Senator that you disagree with a bill that you heard about at the water cooler. You have a god given AND constitutional right to step up and question our leaders and ask them to be accountable for their mistakes. Stop allowing people to run your life and take some responsibilty for yourself and your fellow Americans and do something!

What is hot today in today's world of news? "Rep: Heidi not tortured on 'Celebrity' or Blame Reagan for our financial mess or Varied prescriptions on health reform" What about Cap and Trade, how Obama is going to continue to tax us until we are all broke or kiss your second amendment good bye, actually, kiss the bill of rights good bye. Why is it that "The News" does not actually report on what is going on. When I think of a reporter, I think of some one that is going to the bottom of the story until the full truth is found. Point in case, were is all of the 787 billion of Obama's stimulus package and were did all of the 750 billion from the Bush bailout? Why is it that national news is not reporting on this? Reporting these days just gloss over what is happening, kind of giving us a touch of what is happening with no solution.
On Fox this morning, Meg talked to Republican from WI regarding taxing cattle's flatulence. Meg found this very funny because the Senator said the word, "fart" and complimented the Senator on the fact that he said fart more then anyone had ever done so on Fox News. I do have to compliment the Senator for actually taking the interview seriously, bringing up the point that he has been fighting this point of the EPA not handling global warming by taxing the American citizens. He tried several times to lead Meg to ask about his position on global warming, but she just giggled about how he was using the word fart on TV!! Wow, I am so inspired! We are about to pay even more for food and Meg is giggling about the word fart!!!!
I saw a report today about universal health care which pointed out how 70% of the people with health care which they receive from their employers, are happy with their care and do not want this new system. The fact of the matter is from the reports that I have read, people with health care do not what the government's version of health care and also from what I have read, this is a huge majority. This follows with a majority of the public do not agree with our "wars" that we are involved with, they don't want to attack Korea, Iran or any other country for what ever reason. Polls show that a majority of people think that there is something wrong with the 911 investigation and it needs to be looked in to. Polls also showed that both bailouts that we have had in the last 8 months show that the majority of people were against them, yet again, our Government went ahead and pushed this through. I am sure that you can go back to 1912 that a majority disagreed with the creation of a Central Bank but this was also pushed through.
So why is it that the majority disagree with how the government is acting yet it continues to go ahead with it's agenda? Think about it, we are a Republic, our Representatives with in the government are suppose to vote based on us the people. But then you hear stories like with the Central Bank legislation being brought to Congress to vote on with the night before Christmas with many of the Congress heading home to be with their families. (Don't forget that in 1912, there where no plains so I am sure some with Congress left several days earlier!) One of the reports I read during the October 2008 bailout, one Senator said that he was pressured in to signing the bill being told the stock market would crash 2500 points, banks would go out of business and there would be marshal law in the streets in of America. They where then given less then 24 hours to read the bill.
Again a similar thing happened with Obama's bailout, pressure from the administration, threats of what could happen if they did not vote for it and then being given the bill with little to no time to review it before they vote on it. But again most people disagreed with the bailouts yet the Congress still slammed it through. As a side note, I love how Obama pushed the bill though and then took the weekend off and did not sign it until the next Tuesday after the bill was passed on Friday.
So what is happening here? Why is the majority of the public of the US disagreeing with what our government is doing but yet they keep voting against our wishes. My theory is two-fold. One, the public are not keeping track of what the government is doing so not contacting their reps to share their opinion. If fact, most people were not aware that when you contact your reps, whether it be in the local, state or federal, each person that contacts their office counts as a particular number of other public. If you contact your Senator or Congressman, it is considered that 10,000 other have that same opinion so your 1 call or email is worth 10,000 people.
The second opinion is that our reps really do not care what we think and are just pushing through some agenda that is going to push their career ahead, which of course is the scariest of the two. I honestly think that we could say that 3/4 of the time, our reps do not care what we think and the 1/4 of the time, our reps just don't hear from us. Think about it, maybe if we did contact them more often, then maybe we would be able to have more control over this. Maybe they fall in to the agenda because it seems that we don't care.
Most people do blindly just vote for someone because they appear to be the right candidate. Look at our last Presidential election. It appeared that voting for Obama was the right choice, we were looking to rid ourselves of Bush so lets get a fresh face in the office of the President who was making the right promises. The fact that he was black made it even more appealing to me, it showed that this country was saying the hell with the past, that we can have a black man as a President, meaning to me that we can have a man despite the color of his skin in office.
There is something that we are also missing out on with regards to our country and that is the fact that it country is a Republic, not a Democracy, yet when I was trying to work out what the difference between the two, I found it very difficult to decipher the difference until now. The key point to that I have found is the point of sovereignty. The statement, "We The People" has enormous meaning. A Democracy is a government of majority rules, 51% of the people control 49% of the people. With this idea, people are no longer free unless they are in the 51%. A Republic promotes the point that each man is in control of his own life, freedom and that pursuit of such freedom. This is done through the guise of the Constitution. What is unique about our country's constitution is the point of checks and balances. This is the point of the three branches of government, Executive, Legislative and Judicial. This system is suppose to control a Democracy from occurring, one branch overlooks the action of the other. Legislative has the right to vote down a bill, President can veto a bill and the Supreme Court has the Constitution to compare a bill to in order to verify it being legal.
Our government is just that, our government. Our Representatives work for us, we elect them to be our voices, we control what they do and have the right to call them on it per the 1st Amendment.
So this leads me to this conclusion, we are allowing ourselves to be completely dumbed down. We watch the news and read the papers that don't really tell us what is happen but because we trust them we feel like we are being informed. "I saw Paris Hilton's boob so I am in the grove of what is happening." It comes down to us, We The People, we are allow this to happen to us despite how it is being done, we are not paying attention to what our government is doing, we are not doing our homework with the laws that are being introduced, instead we are trusting what the media is telling us so if and when the shit hits the fan, we all need to look in the mirror and ask who is at fault for allowing this to happen!!

Cap and Trade Continued

It has been about a week since I have written anything on this blog yet there is so much happening out there. I originally started this blog as a way to help support the alternative media effort by putting out information that the main media machine has decided not to report on. Actually, they do report what is happening, they just twist it so it seems to be how things are suppose to happen. This is why the alternative media is something that is really needed because it takes the truth and then reports what is really happens.
The fact of the matter here is that I really can not keep up with what is going on out there so I have made this more of an opinion based blog. Taking the facts of what is happening and then injecting my viewpoint with what is happening. I spend hours of my day listening to Alex Jones podcast. I do a lot of traveling so I use this time to listen to him. I monitor the media but after you watch the same report on CBS, NBC, ABC, CNN and Fox, you find that there is not much time that you need to watch these media outlets to find out what is happening because they all say the same thing. I read Logistics Monster, subscribe to Ron Paul and scan the rest of the alternative media to see what is happening which can take some time.
There is one thing out there that I am not seeing in the alternative media as well as the main line media machine and that is the Cap and Trade aka Al Gore tax that is in the Senate Committee right now. I emailed my Congressman and Senators here in New Jersey a few weeks ago with regards to this and obviously I expressed my concern about this. My main point to them was that I was worried that an environmental issue has now turned in to an economical issue. Cap and Trade, admitted by our President, will increase energy cost by some 70%.
A tax is being used to curtail carbon emmission to reduce what is formally know as "global warming". This system most simple will give an advatage to larger businesses as they will have the capital to control the trade of their emmissions. This will reduce the ability of the smaller businesses to be able to afford to purchase the ability to put out more emmissioins because the levels that they will be allowed to have will be much lower then what they have right now so they will have to trade with the larger companies and that price of doing this will destroy their companies. They will not be able to keep up basically.
I stated above that I emailed my Senetors and I did get a response to my email from Senator Robert Menendez and hear is what he had to say, "Thank you for contacting me regarding climate change legislation. Your opinion is very important to me, and I appreciate the opportunity to respond to you on this critical issue.
I understand your concern with the economic impact of this legislation. Like you, I believe it is vital that we carefully consider and prepare for how a cap and trade program will affect the daily lives of those at every income level. That is why I cosponsored an amendment that offered increased protections for low-income families, while moving forward with the fight against global warming.
However, it is important to remember that the costs of ignoring global warming far outweigh the costs of acting now to reduce emissions. For instance, recent projections in New Jersey predict that the Jersey Shore could erode inland by as much as 300 yards because of sea level rise by the end of this century. This would cost our state billions in tourism revenue as well as destroy what I consider a national treasure. Please rest assured, however, that careful consideration of any economic impacts from climate change legislation is a priority for me, and I will keep your opinions in mind as we continue to debate and discuss this topic."
Now I am not going to say what really want to with regards to the Senators PR'ish answer to me because he was the only on that actually answered me. I did respond asking two questions, where and what is this tax money going to be used for and I asked him to contact NASA to find out if the earths tempature has gone up or down over the last few years. The answer to this is that it has gone down which is why we are referring to global warming now as climate change. We will see what his answer is on this. I did point out to him that is concern about lower income families was "nice" but the tax basis for this counrty and voter basis in this country is the middle class so he needs to be concerned with them as well.

Left Right, What Is The Difference?

How do you actually prove that there is a difference between the Democrats and the Republicans? How do you show people that this whole thing is just a fraternal brotherhood? Well I think that Obama has proven this beyond a reasonable doubt and that is with torture!
Torture is defined as "the infliction of intense pain (as from burning, crushing, or wounding) to punish, coerce, or afford sadistic pleasure". Using methods like waterboarding on prisoners in order to get them to admit that they did something is torture no matter how you cut it. Torture is torture and the Bush administration admits openly that they allowed torture to occur in order to get information of out people. I am going to point out something here, it does not matter if our Government is torturing people that blew up 100 buildings in the US, torture is torture no matter why it is being doing, it is still torture and it is illegal not only in the US but it violates the Geneva Convention.
According to an article from Info Wars,"In an interview done with the London Telegraph, Major General Antonio Taguba, the former army officer who conducted an inquiry into the Abu Ghraib jail in Iraq, confirmed the details of his original army report, that the unreleased photos showed rape and sexual abuse of women and minors.
“At least one picture shows an American soldier apparently raping a female prisoner while another is said to show a male translator raping a male detainee,” reports the Telegraph, adding, “Further photographs are said to depict sexual assaults on prisoners with objects including a truncheon, wire and a phosphorescent tube.”
You can go ahead and read the rest of this article on the Info Wars website as well as Googling Torture at Abu Ghraid prison and see all of the articles about this. The point here is that the President is not going to go after the Bush Administration legally about this. He is not going to put anyone in front of the Courts of the US to prosecute any one for breaking the law. If fact, it would not surprise me if Obama is continuing to torture prisoners. People's human rights are being violated not only by being tortured but by being held with out their day in court yet where is the UN?
Brothers do not rat out their brothers, that is the rule. You will see this in fraternities, with the police, with the fire department and apparently with in the family of our government.
I do want to point out that our President is a graduate of Harvard Law as a Constitutional Lawyer meaning that his specialty is law regarding the Constitution, shouldn't he know better? This just shows you that the left is really the right and the right is really the left and there really is no difference between either side. When are we going to learn?

You need to get in touch with your Congressmen to vote against this bill unless you enjoy paying $3,900 out of your pocket for big industry!!! The tactic of pushing a bill through is being done on this so more then likely, our Congressmen just received the bill and have not had time to read it but will vote on it so they can go home for the long weekend!

Logan Act Violation

The list of those that attended this weekend's Bilderberg 2009 meeting has been released today from the website Infowars. Please read this over, there are names on this list that violate what is called the Logan Act which is defined here:
"The Logan Act is a United States federal law that forbids unauthorized citizens from negotiating with foreign governments. It was passed in 1799 and last amended in 1994. Violation of the Logan Act is a felony, punishable under federal law with imprisonment of up to three years.
The text of the Act is broad and is addressed at any attempt of a US citizen to conduct foreign relations without authority. However, there is no record of any convictions or even prosecutions under the Logan Act." per Wikpedia.

There is a Constitution, Right?

We are going to start here, with the definition of the Second Amendment:
"A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed."
Yes, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed! Now we will define the word infringed: "to violate or break."
So the founding fathers set it up so the people had a right to keep and bear arms and this was not to be violated or broken. Now why is this? I am not a historian but I have done some studying about this time period to be able to point this out. We do have to remember that our country started out as colonies and each one of these colonies came together, fought the English Crown and won it's independence. But to do this they need to have an army which took some time to put together. This was done by combining each of the states militia which basically was citizens, with guns, that protected their land. From what I remember, one of the things that pushed the colonies over the edge was the Crown trying to ban guns in which left the people with no personal protection which would increase the level of crime whether it was the British soldiers going after the people of the colonies or simple crime amongst the people.
There was a bill, H.R. 17 that was introduced regarding personal possession of guns. Here is the explanation of the bill, "To protect the right to obtain firearms for security, and to use firearms in defense of self, family, or home, and to provide for the enforcement of such right. "
The bill is there to "protect" the right of obtain firearms? Why? Per the constitution we have the right already to own guns, why would we need to have a bill that protects what we already have?
What I think is going on here since 911 is that what used to be inalienable rights have some how been turned around into privileges. We are so used to being told that we are in danger that this country's government some how switched over to a State of Emergency state of mind. Somehow there is this agreement that we are under constant danger and that the natural rights that we are suppose to have turned in to privileges that someone is allowing us to have.
Lets remember this very important point here, the States run the country per the Bill of Rights.
9th Amendment states, "The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people."
10th Amendment states, " The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."
Our States have the right to push the Federal Government to the side and to reinstate their own constitutions and press the reboot button on the Federal Government. What we need to do is to push our States to look at these points of the Bill of Rights and put this country back to its original status.

I Agree With Miss California?

I truly have to step back for a moment on this one but I agree with Miss California with her stance on gay marriage and not because I agree or disagree, because I believe in her 1st amendment right to speak her mind.
The problem here is that she spoke her mind and then received so much flack from the public or at least that is what the media is letting us think! The fact is that the Miss USA contest is getting another dose of publicity and ratings are through the roof for not only The Donald but for NBC, which host the contest as well as the Miss Universe contest.
So she spoke out against gay marriage and she is attacked. This is a bit of a tough stance because 20 years ago, if she said that gay's should have this right she would have been attacked as well but there seems to be more behind this attack that seems to be a trend out in our "free" society. There seems to be a right to free speech but at the same time you are not to offend people hence the "politically correct" speech. This limitation on speech is insane and has to stop.
There is a bill at the Senate bill 126, that is in place to stop offensive material on the Internet and it is really that general. The problem again is the question is what is offensive. Would saying gay marriage is wrong or even that life style, what about the opposite view of global warming, or saying only 4 million Jews died during the Holocaust or saying that the president was wrong for what he and the cabinet are doing. Are these the offensive things?
I am sorry but I do not agree with a lot of things that are said out there but that is part of the 1st amendment, as citizen's of the US we have the right to say what we want and if you don't like it, MOVE!!!

What a Week!

Wow, is it really starting to get crazy out there in the world these days. With the Swine Flu killing all of these people in Mexico, infesting all of these people in the US and now about 20 countries, the WHO now putting us at DEFCOM 5 we are certain to all die soon. At least that is what it seems like. Our leaders telling us that they are not trying to scare us...but! Or using words like pandemic or comparing this to the flu of 1918 which killed 40 million people.
The media, or the NWO's PR fountain, has done a great job of making 20 deaths in Mexico and 1 death of a Mexican child who was visiting family in Texas, in to this circus of fear, that we have missed the fact that the discussions of Al Gore's Cap and Trade Ponzi scheme started on the hill April 24, 2009. Yes, that is right, 1 day after the NWO's use of another false fear, Global Warming or Climate Change (there is great article in Saturdays NY Times about why they changed the name from Global Warming to Climate Change, it was a PR thing because people thought of left wing hippies when they hear the words Global Warming) the explosion of a false fear or false flag pandemic of a flu goes flying around the air waves as a distraction away from what is really going on.
Because man is so horrible and we are increasing the CO2 levels in our atmosphere which is then causing the temperature to rise which apparently will cause our demise or at very least might cause a few Polar Bears to swim a bit more often than they have had to lately, we are going to be taxed by our government more now to use products that are based on CARBON. Actually, companies that produce such things will be allotted a certain amount of carbon emissions and will then be taxed above that allotted amount. That defines the CAP. The trade will be a free market trade of a company's allotted emissions which can be sold to other companies. That defines TRADE. In other words, companies that play along will be given larger amounts of emissions stocks (I am coining that!!!!) to be able to then trade them to smaller companies at a huge amount of money because the smaller companies will not be given enough emissions stocks and will subsequently will go over there level of emissions and will be killed with taxes which will cause them to fail and they will be purchased by these larger companies and over all the consumer will have the cost passed on to them or us. There is an expected $500 billion dollars of additional taxes that we, the people of the US are going to have to pay or $3000 a year per person.
Two more points here, Obama told reporters in Jan 2008 that he was in favor of this cap and trade and that he knew that utilities would sky rocket and did not care.
Second this is that carbon is the basis of life, that is why any animal is referred to as a carbon based life form. Everything we touch, use, eat, play with etc, is carbon based. CO2 levels are irrelevant to Global Warning. How can something that is part and parcel to our way of life be what is causing to the temperature to go up. Did you ever think that the temperature goes up based on how hot the sun is? Isn't that where are temperature comes from? I mean, come on, it is cold in the winter because we are further from the sun and warm in the summer because we are closer to the sun. This is hoax that goes back to England and their Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher and her dealing with the Coal Miners strikes in the 1970's.

Planned Parenthood Federation of America needs to be very careful to steer clear of any appearance of adhering to Sanger’s pro-eugenics philosophy. Margaret Sanger referred to immigrants and Catholics as reckless breeders, writing in her book, Pivot of Civilization, “[They're] an unceasingly spawning class of human beings who never should have been born at all.” (Sanger, p.187).

“The most merciful thing that a large family does to one of its infant members is to kill it,” Margaret Sanger wrote in her 1920 book Women and the New Race (Sanger, p. 63).

Last year an Idaho Planned Parenthood employee was disciplined for accepting a donation earmarked for the abortion of African Americans. According to a transcript of the call, Autumn Kersey, vice president of development and marketing for Planned Parenthood of Idaho, took a call from an actor saying he wanted his money to be used to eliminate unborn black babies because “the less black kids out there the better.” Kersey responded: “Understandable, understandable. … Excuse my hesitation, this is the first time I’ve had a donor call and make this kind of request, so I’m excited and want to make sure I don’t leave anything out.”

FBI Spy's On The Tea Party

I am actually going to just cut and paste this article about the FBI and DHS's perpetual fear of terrorist...I mean US citizens that are waving the flag and supporting the Constitution. I really sickens me to see that we are under surveillance by our own government. I can see the argument with one of my friends from high school going in the direction that there are groups out there that need to be watched out for so when a large group of people come together to protest, that DHS and the FBI should be watching these groups. And there is some sense to what he would be saying and it is a very reasonable assumption. The thing is that it is happening all the time. Al Qaeda is a terrorist group that we are suppose to watch out for, right?!? Why is it that we are all being watched? Why all the cameras, why the license plate recognition technology? Why tracking chips in our passports? Don't believe me, if you have a passport from the last 3 years, tear it apartment and you will find the chip? Why are our phones being traced? Why do we have cookies as part of the Internet? Think about it, someone can tell me everything that I have looked at on the Internet for the last 3 weeks. WHY GOD DAMNIT? So they can market to me more correctly?!!!!?????
I remember that my ex-wife was pulled over in Buffalo NY, where we were living, because the cop's car had a camera that read license plates. We had a parking ticket that went unpaid and because of that our registration was suspended. We never got a notice about this. She was pulled over, the car was confiscated. When I got there to pick her up, I reamed out the cop for a 4th amendment violation saying that it was completely illegal for him to just scan the plate for no reason. I had asked him if there was something about her driving that made him suspicious of her being some sort of criminal. He explained that the camera did all the work. I completely jumped down his throat about the fact that this was done in violation of the 4th amendment, there was no justification of search and seizure. He claimed that he just ran the plate of the car. I jumped back and asked him what would normally cause him to run a plate, some sort of suspicious action, right? He agreed. I then asked him if he would drive around and just run plates and he said that that would be a waist of time. Something clicked at the point. We will just say that we went to court and found out that the ticket was written incorrectly and the whole thing was dropped. I later found out that the technology for this was bought with funds from the Department of Homeland Security grant to fight terrorist!! I AM A CITIZEN, NOT A SECOND CLASS SLAVE!!!!!!

The FBI were spying on Tea Party protesters nationwide during last week’s demonstrations as part of a covert program conducted without the knowledge of local law enforcement, according to a source named as a current FBI agent.
The Northeast Intelligence Network reports that a concerned unnamed FBI agent risked his career in blowing the whistle on the fact that Tea Party protesters were subject to covert surveillance.
The FBI agent allegedly told Doug Haggman, “The Department of Homeland Security Intelligence Assessment that is receiving so much attention is just the tip of the proverbial iceberg, and the true patriotic citizens of this country are on the Titanic. This is what bothers me. But is goes far beyond that assessment. There have been very significant changes made over the last few years that redirect the focus and assets of the intelligence community internally. These changes have greatly accelerated under this administration, and the threats have been redefined to include those who used to be patriots. It’s not only chilling but absolutely insulting to God-fearing Americans.”
The source claims that a single page FBI directive was dispatched from FBI headquarters in Washington DC on March 23 requesting that Special Agents in Charge (SACs) “verify the date, time and location of each TEA Party within their region and supply that information to FBI headquarters in Washington.”
Agents were then instructed to compile information on the organizers of the different protests and also send the information back to FBI headquarters. On April 6, they were subsequently asked to conduct covert surveillance and data collection of the protesters attending the Tea Party demonstrations. Surveillance was to be performed from “discreet fixed or mobile positions” and was to be performed “independently and outside of the purview of local law enforcement,” according to the source.
Although the level of detail collected from each operation is unclear, the information was reportedly submitted to Washington, where, “at the level of the National Security Branch (NSB), this information was to “include the office of the Directorate of Intelligence (DI), and integrated with a restricted access database, one that reportedly is accessible to only two agencies” [of the 14 agencies that comprise the U.S. intelligence community, according to the source.
“The implications to the citizens of the U.S. are ominous. It seems that there is a hostile political agenda coming from Washington that characterizes the supporters of our constitutional freedoms as threats to our domestic security, which is totally absurd. The redirection, the refocusing of domestic threats from al Qaeda cells to ‘flag waving right-wingers’ is something that has gone from a murmur a few years ago to a roar today.”
The notion that the FBI would be conducting covert surveillance and building databases on attendants of the Tea Party protests is thoroughly disturbing if not unsurprising. Indeed, before any major political event the FBI prosecutes aggressive surveillance of political groups to the point of harassment and beyond. Before the 2004 Republican Convention, the FBI initiated a nationwide campaign to track down leaders of protest groups and interrogate them, as “part of a national effort to chill dissent in this country,” according to William Dobbs, the spokesman for United for Peace and Justice.
Not long after 9/11, the FBI returned to tactics that were first made infamous during the days of J. Edgar Hoover, by collecting extensive information on anti-war and other protest groups. To highlight the non-partisan threat of the police state, the FBI is now treating so-called “right-wingers” and conservatives with the same disdain. Basically anyone who seeks to exercise their constitutional rights to peaceably assemble and express free speech is considered a threat and even a potential terrorist, as a recent Homeland Security directive implied.
From 1956 to 1971, the FBI’s COINTELPRO program worked to monitor and disrupt protest movements across America as part of an effort to stifle dissent. FBI Director Hoover ordered FBI agents to “expose, disrupt, misdirect, discredit, or otherwise neutralize” the activities of these movements and their leaders. The final report of the Church Committee, which was tasked with investigating the legality of the program, concluded that the FBI had performed “unsavory and vicious tactics” in undertaking “secret surveillance of citizens on the basis of their political beliefs, even when those beliefs posed no threat of violence or illegal acts on behalf of a hostile foreign power.”
As we reported last week, The Maryland National Guard was put on alert in anticipation of the nationwide Tea Party protests, while a Homeland Security spokesman refused to deny that protesters would be under surveillance from the DHS.
The Maryland National Guard issued a Force Protection Advisory on April 11 which warned the National Guard to be on alert during the Tea Party protests because Guardsmen and Guard facilities might become “targets of opportunity.” The contact point for the document was listed as the Antiterrorism Program Coordinator.
The advisory was almost exactly the same as a United States Army Reserve Command Force Protection Advisory that was issued last November before the nationwide End the Fed protests, warning that protesters were congregating across the country to demonstrate against the private Federal Reserve.
During an interview on the Roger Hedgecock Show before last week’s demonstrations, Sean Smith, Assistant Secretary of DHS for Public Affairs, refused to deny that Homeland Security officials would be spying on Tea Party protesters when pressed by Hedgecock.
“Is the department sending people to video or record in any way the Tea Parties?” asked Hedgecock during the interview.
“Um, I can’t speak to sort of things that are law enforcement sensitive. Um, so I can’t speak to any current law enforcement operations,” responded Smith.
FBI surveillance of Tea Party protesters highlights the fact that the architecture of the police state, which was massively expanded under George W. Bush, has not been dismantled or relaxed by an Obama administration that promised “change,” and if anything has only grown bigger.
The Obama administration’s announcement that the illegal warrantless surveillance of American citizens, a program initiated under Bush, will continue and in fact intensify under Obama, is another shining example of the fact that - no matter who is in power and no matter the political persuasion of those being watched - all Americans who have the temerity to exercise constitutional rights are considered dangerous and worthy of being targeted by the federal government with surveillance tools supposedly introduced to fight terrorists.

Tea Party April 15 Part II

Wow, what a joke this turned out to be. I will be honest, as soon as I heard who was at the tea party here in the great city of New York, I decided not to go. This was a bit of a mistake because I am sure that there were people there that actually care about our country and the reasoning behind the Tea Party to begin with.
Basically we had the Left and the Right Co-op this idea of protest against what we feel is an unfair taxation system by holding what our forefathers held 230 years ago when they decided to not allow taxation with out representation to occur anymore. You have to remember that yes we had the 13 state and the states had a semblance of government, each independent to each other. The leaders of the states where Governors but these governors were set in to place by the English Government to keep control over the people. We had this quasi-freedom here and what was driving everyone was the fact that the crown controlled the Colonies and treated the people as if they were second class citizens yet they were English.
So in present time, we have this Tea Party which was started by the 911 truth movement about 5 years ago and then picked up by Ron Paul, he was that other guy that ran for president that the press did not cover because he was not party of the controlled 2 party system. What we have here bluntly is that there is a Democratic President in control with a Democratically controlled Congress, so now everything that the left is doing is unforgivable and of course the right had nothing to do with anything that happened over the last 8 years. So here comes this Tea Party which is going to protest the tax system as well as the government spending. Sounds like something the right needs to jump on and plug, promote and claim responsibility for. Which is what they did, taking it away from the true essence of the whole protest. Now, of course Fox News is going to cover it and Glenn Beck is going to do his show from it. All of this being set up to bash the left on the coat tails of a Libertarian idea. Then the left can use this to cut away at this viewpoint saying that people that were involved in this as being people that hate the President and are a bunch of racist. The President of the United States of America is 8% black you dumb asses!!!
Anderson Cooper, the pride of CNN and the gay community had probably the best mocking of this. In an interview that he did with David Gergen, Anderson Cooper said, "It's hard to talk when you're tea-bagging." Hahahahahahahahahaha, oh boy was that funny, especially coming from a butt pirate!! Back to the point which is that this whole set up of the Tea Party being co-oped by the right so it can be mocked and in a very vile manner, by the left. All of this being done to discredit an actual movement to take back the Constitution so that anyone involved with this will look like a complete fool. Look at the 10th Amendment fight in Texas. The governor of Texas, Rick Perry was at the Bilderberg meeting in 2007 and is jumping right on this 10th amendment thing. I am sorry but that is just a set up and all of those people that pushed to have this happened are getting crapped on right now and they will have no idea what is going on.
If it looks like a duck, quack likes a duck, it is a duck!! It is pretty simple but it is so easy to miss!!!

Tea Party April 15

What’s the tea party all about?

There are many reasons why millions of Americans will take to the streets on April 15th. Some people think it is about party politics and displeasure with the current administration. While a great many are fearful where our country is headed, it is not party politics. It is a fundamental disagreement over government’s role.
In particular, we believe the government is far too big already. Yes, this includes the previous administrations excess spending and the idea of bailouts to banks. The plans of the current administration are to make it even bigger. We resent the intrusion and control of government into our lives and liberties. This is a key factor prompting protests.
Take note elected officials regardless if you wear a Democrat or Republican label. The message is clear! Stop the spending. Stop the additional taxation, especially the hidden taxes in the form of increased prices passed on by industries overwhelmed by government meddling and targeted taxing.
Every member of every level of government should open their eyes as to who is on the streets. We are not college students who can skip classes at will to party on the street. Although some of us are unemployed, we are not the life-long unemployed with nothing better to do than attend a rally. For the most part, we are taxpayers who are mad as hell and don’t want to take it anymore.
If you want to know more about us, look to the national figures, personalities and famous people who leaders and organizers of this protest. Unfortunately, you won’t find any famous, rich or recognizable people. They don’t exist. Instead you will find the “Joe, the plumbers” and the millions of no-name people who are indeed, mad as hell.
Organizers are the guy who lives around the corner and you didn’t even know his name before. They are the secretaries, computer technicians, clerks, businessmen, salesmen and any other occupation you can think of. There are also retired people who remember what this country once stood for.
Notice the speakers are not politicians. In fact, party representatives and elected officials offering to take the podium at most tea parties are being rejected. Instead, the everyday Joe’s of this world will speak. There will be no teleprompter with carefully worded speeches that don’t say anything or words chosen to be interpreted differently by different groups.
For some in Washington, the protests and the scope of attendance will come as a surprise. There have been no full page ads in the newspapers and no TV ads. There are no deep-pocketed promoters or backers of this movement. The cost of a TV advertisement is far beyond the means of any organizer. The Major TV stations and affiliates have not even made a single mention on their new coverage of this protest. Fox news and a couple on air personalities or radio talk show hosts are the only medium even mentioning the tea parties.
The biggest way information is being disseminated is on the internet through countless blogs and sites. It is not coordinated at all. Duplicity of information is causing confusion among many internet neophytes as to which is the “official” site. Unlike a promoter like ACORN or MOVE-ON, there is no single source of information.
Despite the odds against a coordinated protest getting off the ground, it is indeed gathering strength and April 15th is only the beginning. This is an unprecedented grass roots activity like the one which happened in Boston many years ago. It is aimed at any future official seeking election. This is our lobby. We won’t make campaign contributions for future pay backs. The salary you receive as an elected official from our taxes is all you will get from us. If you want to hold office and want our vote, take note of what we want and expect of you.
Key to the protests is a desire to take back our country. Just because an elected official or party received 51% of the voted doesn’t give them a mandate to fundamentally change our country. Even the rhetoric used to gain that 51% has proved false. A tax break for 95% of Americans and change from politics as usual has proved to be false.
Speaking of 51%, there are indications our boarders will be opened, giving citizenship freely to illegal immigrants. This goes beyond weakening our security. It perpetuates government taxing productive sector or America and giving it to those who want socialism.
Every country on the face of this earth that has tried socialism has failed. Why would we want to emulate those failures? Why would we seek counsel from leaders of those countries, especially those that despise us and seek our failure? This message is not about our international relations which is yet a different subject.
This message is about our desire to keep American strong on the premise of individual freedom and free market principals. If you define that as greed so be it. That greed is what applies to any American who gets out of bed and goes to work, trying to make a better world for his children. It applies to the millions of people striving to learn a skill or get an education to improve their lot in live. It applies even to the street vendors at the inauguration, who sold souvenirs to those who attended. And yes, it applies to the big “greedy companies and their wall street investors who seek growth and success which allows companies to hire more people.
You can define socialism in many ways but the bottom line message to those who claim the “right” to free housing, free healthcare, free mortgages, free food, and yes to private business, banks, etc, is summed up by the following:

A CHANGE

I have been going back and forth with regards to this blog as to what direction I want to take it. I rewatched the Obama Deception again tonight and it really hit home to me that the one thing that can save us is our Constitution. That is the law that has some how become over shadowed by reasonable policy. I watched the HCO Series John Adams which I thought was incredible. Now there is part of the movie that shows Alexander Hamilton, our first Secretary of Treasury. They showed him in one scene, trying to convince Washington that our country needed a Central Bank and that they best way to raise money was to go into debt through the Central Bank. Obviously this was rejected by Washington. But during John Adams presidency, Alexander Hamilton got his hand in the cookie jar again. Because of the French and England going to war with each other, the US was being put in to a "pick a side" situation. Both Washington and Adams both stayed in a neutral stance feeling that it would destroy the country. Adams got a bit nervous and started to put together a Navy and Army, going so far as to get Washington to be the leader of the Army again. Washington agreed but said that his second in command, Hamilton would be his liaison. Long story short, Adams rips in to Hamilton because Hamilton is constantly pushing war on him. Adams sees that Hamilton had an ulterior motive for doing this and disbanded the army completely. The point here is that you can see how fragile our country is and was and that it takes people with actual morals and believes in what this country stands for to really make it happen. It is something that needs to be created on all the time. Yes, there are reasons why the freedom of speech sucks, hearing the hate come out of peoples mouth is hard to hear but at the same time there is beauty in their being allowed to say what is on their mind with out the government attacking them. The 4th Amendment is a barrier to stopping real criminals sometimes but it is still their right not to be pulled to the side and searched because they are walking through a subway stop. And yes, people die because of guns, but it is because people pull the trigger and sometimes that trigger is against someone attacking their home with the intent to hurt them, whether the attacker is a robber or the government, we still have the right to bear arms.
So my mission is to redo my mission. I am going to finish reading the Constitution and I am going to dedicate this blog to violations of our Constitution. I suggest that you all read it as well.

God Save The Queen

I have to make a correction from my last entry where I started off saying that I can not accesses my account. Remember I said that I either struck a nerve or I was a moron? Well, I am a moron!!!!
Today I am going to speculate here as to what is going on so I am stating that I am give my opinion here! Obama was sent an invitation to meet with the Queen privately in England. Now it really is not a big deal for the President of the US to meet the Queen of England, hell, she has been the Queen for over 50 years, longer then Obama has been alive. This is a State Department actions for leaders of this country to meet with leaders of other countries. My real problem here is that our President had a private meeting with the Queen. The Queen politically is a figure head for the country of England and does not have a direct affiliation with the government of England or more simply, she does run for office. She is still connected through some sort of voting right through Parliament in all the Common Wealth nations. (England, Canada and Australia) Plus her face is on their money!!
Why is a President meet privately with someone who in reality is a private citizen who happens to own most of England, Canada and Australia. There have been way too many articles, announcements and hints to a "One World Monetary System" leading up to the G 20 meeting. I guess what is really getting to me here is that our country fought the most impossible war in 1776. This was not the war against England, it was the war of our minds, it was the war against the shackles of being second class citizens, the war against an oppressive monarchy and that war set forth the freest concept government has ever had in its history and our President is meeting with the monarchy that we fought against privately? Something just does not jive for me.

What The Hell Is Going On

Well I have either hit a nerve or I am a complete moron when it come to using a computer but I can not get in to this blog now with out having to reset my password every time I need to get in to update this blog! Yes, I can not even get in to my new Gmail account anymore, I guess because they are linked.
Today was a really tough one for me because of what I read in the Metro here in NYC today that just set me off. Now I set this blog up to point out to you the people reading this what is going on in our country that I see is a violation of our Constitution of our country as well to share opinions of what is going on around us. See, I don't want to end up living my life with the government watching everything it is that I am doing, I don't want the government telling me what I need to eat, what I need to drive, what my families health care is suppose to be. The problem is, that is what is happening as we speak. So back to what I read in the Metro which I can not find on the web anymore, but basically Obama's administration had asked the CEO of GM to step aside from his post as CEO as well as telling us this morning that the government is not going to give GM or Chrysler any money because their plans are not workable. Now lets back track, AIG comes to the government with its hands out for another bailout and then are given the money while they are giving out a reported 165 million in bonuses. AIG was not asked to put together a plan that will prove to the government that AIG will turn itself around so that they will be more responsible with the money that the pose gives to them with "no stings attached!!". Do you realized that these bailouts are "no interest loans" while hard working Americans are loosing their homes because some fancy ass banker decided to rip off some couple so they could later seize their house. And yes, AIG probably back up that loan with an insurance policy!!! Yet the auto makers of this country are a huge support system throughout our county. Think about that greenhouse killing machine that you drive around in. Think about that seat you sit in, someone made that which means that someone had to design it, someone had to put the parts together, someone had to deliver those parts, someone had to proved food for that person, someone had to deliver that food to that store so that person could buy that food. Now that person is going to be out of a job so that whole evolution of economics will have one less person involved. No worries, the Obama administration will step in and reestablish GM for us while selling Chrysler to Italian owned Fiat, which by the way reached an agreement today, boy that was fast!!! Here is quote for USA Today's David Johnson's article "The president's auto task force said Chrysler needs to partner with the Italian car company Fiat, which has "committed to building new fuel-efficient cars and engines right here in the United States," Obama said in a speech at the White House.
"Fiat is prepared to transfer its cutting-edge technology to Chrysler," he said.
He gave Fiat and Chrysler 30 days to reach an agreement and said the government will provide Chrysler with "adequate capital" to operate in the meantime.
Later, on Chrysler's website, Chairman and CEO Bob Nardelli said Chrysler and its parent, Cerberus Capital, have "reached agreement on the framework of a global alliance" with Fiat."

The point to all of this is that it is completely set up. First of all why is the President making this decision, where is the people's opinion. Did we not set up a government for the people, by the people and of the people. Why this oligarchy action and attitude from Obama's administration?
Think about the mess that will be created with the government stepping in to run a plant like GM. First will be the workers, well you can pretty much kiss their pension plans good bye. GM goes belly up, those contracts are no longer valid and not only does that pension fun go but so will that great pay that they have been getting. Next will be their cars. Boy I can see Gore ringing his greedy little hands, that damn battery car will be buzzing down the highway are 40 miles an hour. By the way Gore, doesn't electricity come for carbon base energy? I guess those tracking boxes will be no problem now that you own the auto industry. PEOPLE, THE GOVERNMENT BANKRUPTED OUR COUNTRY IN ORDER TO CONTROL IT!!!!! WAKE UP!!!!! Nothing like this happens like this by mistake. The economy did not all of a sudden take a dive and do so not only in an election year but the election that Obama was running for President. This has been thought out very, very carefully. Do your research!! Why did Paulson come out the day after the $750 billion dollar bailout was approved and say that they were not using the money for the subprime loan crisis? This was why they said they were putting together a bailout. This is what they told Congress was needed to help the economy. If Paulson said it was not for the subprime loan crisis, where is the money? Dammit, this is why 85% of the country was not in support of this bailout. Where the hell is the money going then? JP Morgan, Bank of America, Citigroup and Chase implied to Congress several weeks later that they were lending it to people!! Hey, little insight to me, I work in real estate in NYC which really was not hit to hard with the subprime loan thing, they are not lending money, it is a lie!!!!!!

When you were a child and your little sister or our little brother found out that you did something bad and said that they were going to tell what was your reaction? I remember going to my parents and do 1 or 2 things, either taking bad about my sibling in order to get them in trouble first or I would try and stop my sibling from telling on me. It is still a bit unbelievable to me how much is going on in the US and Europe with regards to the New World Order!! Sometimes I find myself completely overwhelmed with what it is that I should put my attention on considering I am writing this blog on my free time which is getting less and less now that my busy session is coming. Then there is this very disturbing concept called a carbon tax. This one was a bit hard to find out enough information about in order to make it comprehensible. Honestly I do not remember where I read about it to get this idea, you can try to google it but you get a lot of rhetoric. The simplicity is this, if it is made of carbon, then it will be taxed. If it puts out carbon, it will be taxed, yes when you fart, you will be taxed. Ha, Ha???? No, that is for real for your cows if you are a farmer. Here is the bait-and-switch, Obama has said that he is not going to raise the taxes on the middle class but that make over $250,000 a year will have an increase in their taxes in various different manners. Then he proposes to $3.75 trillion budget and then tells us practically in his next breathe that he will cut the budget in half by the end of his first term. So where is this money coming from? Sorry it does not give exact amounts but you can google your state and carbon tax and see some state figures. The problem here is that for the last 15 years, there has been screaming about Global Warming issue with Al Gore riding that bull for a good number of those years, winning a Novel Peace Price for lying to all of us. He basically is saying that carbon dioxide is going up and causing the planet to warm up and we are all going to die, blah, blah, blah!! Oh, by the way, this is all of our fault because we drive cars and burn coal, and our cows fart and, and, and!!! Have you every seen Al Gore get out of his SUV the Secret Service? So we are horrible and we are killing the planet so we need to tax everyone with a carbon tax on people and a cap and trade tax on industry. The problem is this story is that carbon dioxide levels goes up because the planet gets warmer because the sun, which is not a static ball out in the center of our solar system, tends to get warmer because of solar flairs! Google ice caps melt on mars and see for yourself, if Mars is melting there is no way that it is us causing it!! So with this Global Warming going on we have an excuse to make money. Last Nights New Conference

Last night, President Obama spoke to US nation for about 8 minutes and then took questions from the scripted press core for another 50 minutes. Again I walked away from a press conference wondering if he really told us what he is planning on doing. He did talk and answer questions but I still don't understand what the Health Care Plan is, whether he really knows how much he is planning on spending or if he realizes that he can not cut the deficit in his first term. I did enjoy the fact that he said that he will do it in his "first term" which implied to me that he is planning on being the President for another term whether we like it or not. I am actually thinking that that is the new trend, 2 term presidents!! Please also note that he said, " I don't see a need for a Global Currency!" The Fox reporter asked him this very quickly and did not say it in to the mic.

Something interesting on this is that Geithner is pushing to take control of insurance companies that are falling apart. Personally I really do not know why this is other then one of the problems is AIG was the fact that they insured mortgages that banks then sold to other financial institutes like Fannie Mae so when the mortgage defaulted, AIG would pay the bank back. I do wonder if all of this buying up of banks is just a way to cover up what the government has allowed the banks to get away with. Obama said last night that if they had more control over AIG, that this situation with the bonuses would not have happened which acts as a reason as to why we need to control insurance companies. Here are some important quotes from this article, "“It is precisely because of the lack of this authority that the A.I.G. situation has gotten worse,” Mr. Obama said, predicting that “there is going to be strong support from the American people and from Congress to provide that authority.”...The federal government has long had the power to take over and close banks and other deposit-taking institutions whose deposits are insured by the government and subject to detailed regulation.
But the Obama administration and the Fed would extend that authority to insurance companies like A.I.G., investment banks, hedge funds, private equity firms and any other kind of financial institution considered “systemically” important. That would let the government for the first time take control of private equity firms like Carlyle or industrial finance giants like GE Capital should they falter."

My Mission

On January 20th 2009 I stayed home from work in order to watch President Elect Obama take of oath of office, becoming our first African American President. This I felt was a very proud moment for me and really for my father. My father worked in the black community all of my life. He worked for an organization that did not want him at first because of the color of his skin yet he was white, I love irony!! He rose to the Vice President of this group and would never go any higher. He was proud of what he did and he was a hard worker. To me growing up there was no black and white because of my father, just people! So that day I was proud for America!
Well that lasted a few weeks, right up to the point that I started to look up who was joining his cabinet. The names Bryzinsky, Kissinger both came up as advisors and both are ex-presidiental cabinet members, Nixon and Carter, both members of the Trilateral Commission, one a founder and both connected to the New World Order. When I say connected, I mean that they have both mentioned the formation of the NWO in books and in interviews.
Timothy Geithner, ex-head of the New York Federal Reserve (a private bank that Alan Greenspan said was above the law!)
James L. Jones National Security Advisor who admitted at a CFR (Council On foreign Relations, yes this really exist, they have a website) that he takes orders from Henry Kissinger!
Paul Volcker, ex-head of the Federal Reserve during Carter and Reagan.
Alan Greenspan, ex-head of the Federal Reserve during Reagan, Bush, Clinton and Bush.
Secretary of Defense Robert Gates who is a carry over from George W. Bush and is suppose to stay on for 1 year.
Hillary Clinton, ex-First Lady of our country.
So if you look at this from both ends of the spectrum, you see that there is over 37 years of experience from the political and presidential end of things, that is a lot of support for a president, in fact, more then I have ever seen. You can also look at it from the perspective that over the last 37 or so years the dollar has inflated, oil has hit $157 a barrel, we have been in 3 major wars and are currently in the middle of 2 now, we just went through the largest bail out of our banking system ever, we are in a “recession”, on and on and on and on. The fact of the matter is that nothing has really change in the last 40 years or so and a lot of the names above have been involved in one way or another.
My point is to expose what I know while inviting others to place their views of what they know. I do only ask one thing, you must speak about things that are factual and must be able to back them up. If you are going to get on here and speak out of your ass I will remove your comments.
